Signs Professional Forms
John
Paul Kissock has signed his first professional contract, which
will keep him here until 2009. He now wants to follow in the footsteps
of the likes of James Vaughan, Victor Anichebe, Mark Hughes and
Bjarni Vidarsson.
JP
says: "I am delighted to sign, I've always wanted
to be at Everton and to be here is an amazing feeling. I feel
I have been progressing well, moving into the reserve side and
I am focused on moving forward. I've put in a lot of hard work
and had good people around me; the likes of Neil Dewsnip, Ray
Hall and Andy Holden have been brilliant."
I'm
made up for those lads, particularly Bjarni, and it's good to
know that they are getting the recognition. We have got the game
against Macclesfield, and it's one that we are looking to win.
The
Youth Cup is the highlight of the season. It won't be an easy
game but hopefully we can get the ball down and play and that
will see us through." (13/12/06)
