1. We all know who the great players are who have worn the Royal Blue and there can be many debates as to who would make an all time eleven. I've got a bit of a variation on that............................ I been going to the match since i can remember. I got my first season ticket when i was about 9-10 years old. 1990 ish. So i have seen some shite through that time. How's about this for a team to strike fear into the opposition:

1. Paul Gerrard

2. Earl Barrett 5. Carl Tiler 6. Alessandro Pistone 3. Marc Hottiger

7. Nicolas Alexandersson 4. Claus Thomsen 8. Vinny Samways 11. Jon Oster

9. Ibrahima Bakayoko 10. Mikel Madar

Subs: Jason Kearton - (Who else for a sub keeper), Stephen Hughes, Michael Branch, Mitch Ward, Gareth Farrelly

How many of these could have actually started together for a premiership match?? Andrew McAteer. (26/10/04)
