It is difficult to know where to start. The fact is we are in deep shit. I have never known us to get beat so easily for such a long time. During season 2003/4 we conceded four or more goals three times. This season we have equaled that feat with 20 games still to be played. We have now been beaten by four goals three times this season without reply.

You could point out that if James Beattie had put us one up when he had a great chance to score with a header from a Mikky Arteta cross that it might have been different.

You might say that if Riley had given hand ball against that gobshite Ladyboy Baros before the prick had scored to make it one nil to Villa that it may have been a different outcome. But one thing is certain these days, we find it very hard to get back into a game once we go a goal behind. We haven't got anything out of a game once the opposition has scored first. Now that is scary.

The result was never in doubt once Villa had scored the second a minute into the second half. It came from a corner. A flick on from the unmarked and ugly Delaney.

Marcus Bent came on for Leon with 25 minutes to go. But in truth we never really got going today. Biffa had a chance when Sorensen blocked his close range effort. Marcus got the ball in the net when he headed in Mikky's corner, but it was disallowed. Apparently Mikky's corner had already gone out of play and Simon Davis had a shot tipped over the bar. Thes were the only efforts I could remember

Duncan came on for the very ineffective Tim Cahill. What has happened to Tiny? He has lost his spark and doesn't look the same player as last season.

Villa scored 2 late goals from Ladyboy and the greasy Angel. Let's be honest Villa are not a good team, but they comfortably beat us today. What a start for Per Kroldrup, he was all over the place like wild woman's shite, but he wasn't the only one. It is easier to lose a game than win one and there are players in an Everton shirt who are taking the easy option at the moment.

We are in serious trouble after this awful display and we need something from somewhere to get us going. I haven't felt as low as this for ages and I want somebody to do something about it. I'm desperate. Please help me!!! I'm starting to cry.

A victory over the shite might help. For the first time I'm thinking of not going to the game. I thinking of locking myself in the loft at 7.45pm with a bottle of Jack Daniels and coming back down once it's all over.

The Blue Kipper Star Men are the lads and lasses who went to the game and had to travel back in the worst atmosphere I can remember.

We had the opportunity to have a look at Per Kroldrup on his debut, but after seven minutes we decided to give up. We didn't want to waste our film

Quotes After The Game

Moyesy says:"I was upset about the first goal. It was deliberate hand-ball which normally results in a booking. It resulted in a goal. The referee is looking straight at the incident. It was a turning point. We played quite well in the first half and had one or two good chances but I am concerned about the fact we conceded goals far too easily.

"I did not think we played terribly badly when we had the ball but we look very fragile at the moment and liable to concede goals. We have had too many days that we should not be having. We have got the derby now and we definitely need to come out of it with more credit than we are achieving at the moment. Bits of the football are not bad but we have a soft centre at the moment. We are not being tough enough to make sure teams do not score."

Everton Team News

Moyesy will make plenty of changes over the four holiday games, but will wait on fitness tests on Tiger (calf), Joey (shoulder) Biffa (foot) and Benty (hamstring).

Moyesy says: "It has been a difficult few days because we did not enjoy the experience of losing two on the trot. We have looked at a lot of things, what we could do better and that is all you can do. We will try to make things better, that's all you can ask for. But there were positives from those defeats, particularly the Bolton game. We can do well in the next few games, we have to think that, but we have said that before and then lost to West Ham and Bolton at Goodison Park. We have had a season like that, it has been extremely unpredictable and it is not the way I planned it.

I will make changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. Maybe it will not be in January but I am looking for a consistent side that does things right most of the time. Then you can take being beaten occasionally, but I just feel that some times when we have lost this season I have not been at all happy with the way it has happened. You cannot expect the same players to perform in four games in a week, there will be changes. There will be quite a few changes, moving people around and bringing new people in."

About The Opposition

A bit of a flu bug has closed the Villa training ground for a few days. So we won't know who's fit until training on Christmas day. There is a bit of unrest in the camp after manager, David O'Leary originally gave them a few days off before Christmas, but because they were shite in their last game, cancelled it. But Ladyboy Baros had already booked his tickets home to Prague and done one.
