Changes Need To Be Made

Keith says: "My ambition is to make Everton one of the best managed clubs in the Premiership. We need viability and stability. Changes need to be made and I want to instil a culture of innovation and be open to change. The role of a chief executive is to support managers and everything we do should be geared to that. I will roll my sleeves up and get stuck in and I will do everything to support Bill and the board. We will redouble our efforts to find a new stadium although it is a complicated area and it is not easy to find a quick fix." (11/09/04)
