Lunch At Finch Farm With Tim Howard
Bookmark and Share

An Everton in the Community player ambassador is leading a fundraising campaign by donating himself as a prize to help raise cash for the Blues' official charity.

Fundraising Ambassador Tim Howard is offering one lucky female fan the chance to have a special Valentine's Day lunch with him at Finch Farm on Tuesday 14 February as part of an exclusive online fundraising prize draw.

The ex Manchester United keeper, who recently took a record off Neville Southall, is lending a hand to help a group of four Everton employees who are undertaking the Inca Trail in May to raise over £35,000 for Everton in the Community.

Chris Clarke, Business Development Manager for Everton in the Community, Clare Archibald, HR Officer, Michael Joliffe, Fan Centre Advisor and Receptionist Deborah Hunter-Frackleton, will trek at high altitudes for five gruelling days from Cusco, hidden deep in the Andes mountains, to the lost city of Machu Picchu.

Speaking about the fundraising initiative Tim Howard said: "Fundraising can be a lot of fun and really rewarding and this will be both of those, so I am happy to help out.

"The guys have a really hard task of trying to raise an incredible amount of money so as an ambassador I wanted to get involved and help them achieve their target."

To be in with a chance of winning all you have to do is donate £10 to Everton in the Community via www.justgiving.com/TimHowardValentinesLunch to be entered into the draw to win this special Valentine's Day prize.

On Monday 13 February at noon, one supporter will be picked at random to enjoy this dining experience of a lifetime.

The prize includes:

- Lunch with Tim Howard at Finch Farm

- Photograph with Tim

- Presentation of special blue rose
