Everton FC E-mails 115 - Rooney Saga Special 1 E-Mail bluekipper.com Back
to Your Whatever
you think e-mail your views to bluekipper.com You
think you are to big for us you've
should've signed the contract you
could've been a legend I
havent had this hatred Man
U are just a product But
Wayne we will get over this I'm
nearly fukin crying writing this. Johnny Byrne in Dublin (30/08/04) Wayne
you will never be welcomed back Cashing In Like everybody else i don't want to see Rooney go and the money would pull us right out of the shite. But what worries me is that this smells of Greg cashing in the family silver in order to have something to run off with, i.e. Moysey wont see a penny of it. Good riddance to Gregg, but if there's any justice he'll be paying for police protection for a long time after this, the hamper twat did. NiagaraScouse (30/08/04) Thanks For Nothing Well Wayne, you've finally opened your gob after two months of making every Evertonian in the world suffer, if you truly were a blue, you wouldn't have put them through that. But
remember! Life is all about choices. You've made yours and although only
Paul Stretford and yourself believe you've made the right decision, what's
done is done. I believe with every bone in my body that you will come
to regret this. See that media spotlight you faced whilst at Everton?
Let me Thanks for fuck all, but remember! Once a blue always a blue.... As for your comments about being welcome back at Goodison, consider this. Was Gary Speed welcomed back? Or Nick Barmby? Or Dumbo? No they weren't, because just like you they spouted off that Everton was the only club for them before they proceeded to do the dirty on the fans that worshipped them... Dave Randles (30/08/04) Not as Big as Everton Thanks Wayne. If you knew you had to move from Everton to further your career then you could have put your transfer request in just after Euro 2004. That way Moyes could have bought the players he wanted in plenty of time for the new season. As it is, he's only got the weekend to strengthen the squad. Once a blue, always a blue... yeah, right! Your agents may tell you that you're the next big thing, but you are not as big as Everton. Dave Cornmell (30/08/04) Drink With The Devils Having read about, listened to and watched the whole sorry Rooney scenario uncurl, I am left with a rather nasty taste in my mouth and a churning of my stomach. The media were happy to build him up and knock him down, as they are known to do with all of our young rising stars. Stories of brothel visits were acknowledged by the Everton fans as 'growing up'. We turned a blind eye to his wrongdoings and immorality because we believed that at heart he was honest, true and faithful to the blues. We knew, following Euro 2004 that Rooney's value would increase but we sat back, content that he would honour his contract, respect his manager, his team mates and his fans. We felt a little uneasy with the level of involvement Stretford has but were confident that his Everton Family were more important than money to Wayne. The club offered him a brilliant deal, he could furnish his new house in Formby, buy his girlfriend diamonds and have his pizza delivered. We weren't envious. 'Our Wayne' deserved it didn't He? Let the lad enjoy the fruits of his success. He's a True Blue. Well,
today Wayne slapped us all across the face. To publicly denounce Everton
Football Club for turning the fans against him is the straw that broke
the camels back. David Moyes has maintained a level of dignity that someone
Like Rooney will never ever understand. Go on Wayne go and sup with the
devils but remember lad you will need a very long spoon. Lindsay,
BLUE4EVER. (30/08/04) Follow Your Heart First
off I would like to apologise for the language contained in the message
below. Because more than anything I am venting my frustration,so I may
need to swear!! Best of a Generation I wish this whole sorry state would sort itself out, i'm getting no work done, and will probably get sacked as a consequence, lose my house, me missus will leave me (I wish), and I'll end up living in the foyer of lime street station, with a big beard, stinking of piss! I think the reason why everyone is so upset, is because WR represented hope, real hope, which is something we haven't had for a long time. The best young player in a generation, he was ours, he was one of us, and we loved him for it. We really need to dust ourselves down and sing our hearts out tommorrow - this grand old team will still be alive and kicking when WR is down the seamens mission with his fiftieth dose of siph regreting the worst mistake of his life. Once a blue, always a blue - I f***king am. Monkey boy (30/08/04) Gutted Like
a lot of Everton fans I am gutted that Wayne is going, however that is
his choice. How many of us at his age were making decisions of this magnitude?
More importantly how many of us were making the right decision of any
sort! Agent Once a Blue always a Blue... unless your agent advises otherwise. Gwladys. (28/08/04) Head Gone!! It feels like I am 9 years old again. That was how old I was when Alan Ball signed for Arsenal. I was totally distraught that day, and I was at the age when I thought I was dead hard and nothing would make me cry. But cry I did, he was my hero, and he played for Everton, the only thing in my life that really mattered. I am now 42 years old, I am not crying, but, I am really angry and bitter, that a kid that has been given an opportunity by his home team club, has decided that we are not good enough for him. Despite the fact, that we have put him where he is now, he still thinks we are not good enough for him, despite the fact we have offered him the most lucrative contract that any player has ever been offered at the club (God Bless You William Ralph Dean, a record never to be equalled, a name that can never be mentioned in the same breath as any other.) Rooney took the piss out of Jeffers with “Once a blue always a blue” How sick that sounds now. The first sign was when the devious twat Stretford got him signed up with The S** newspaper, it was a deliberate ploy to turn the people of Merseyside against him, so he would find it easier to sign for the manc scum. The next big clue was watching “his beloved club” in turmoil and not making any comment or commitment to the cause. Then today three whole days before the transfer window closes, he decides to put a transfer request in. Well fuck off you little wanker, Everton Football Club is bigger than you can ever imagine yourself being. No, we will never understand your reasons for wanting to move on. No you will never be welcome back at Goodison Park. You took the piss out of Jeffers, you no doubt slagged off Judas Barmby, but you are worse than both of them. Fuck Off and don’t come back, the only way you could have hurt us more was by signing for the redshite, but I wouldn’t put that past you, at least you would have Stevie G to wipe your miserable arse. Steve Enty. (28/04/04) Rooney's departure So,
the inevitable happened. The lure of a so-called ‘bigger’ club has resulted
in a transfer request. So, do we wish Rooney all the luck for his future
career and welcome the funds to help secure the future of Everton? Of
Why? Just saw the pic of our Wayne with the t shirt... how times change. A blue wants to play for the us, score against the shite!, win a derby, play in Europe (yes stay and we can!)...... so much to do before a move .. that fucking agent and that fucking lack of brains Wayne... doolshe. (28/08/04) ROONEY isn't going It's all a misunderstanding. He doesn't want to play in Europe. What he said to Moyesy was 'I fancy playing away with some Russians' referring of course to the girls he uses at Fat Ethel's on County Road. On a personal note the Latvians do it for me every time but Wayne is still relatively inexperienced. Tony Newman. (28/08/04) Rooney True Blue? Never
in a million years, of all the times to leave he he decides to do it 4
days before the close of the transfer window. If we are to believe his
words of doing what is best for the club and himself why has he picked
the worst Sick and Betrayed Dear
fellow Toffees, What I have to say below is my views and not those of
my paper. Today I feel physically sick and betrayed. Yours in solidarity How Did You Feel... I'd like to ask Wayne to remember how he felt when Big Dunc (Wayne's boyhood hero) was sold to the Bar Codes ? Now he's gonna make Evertonians the World over feel that horrible pit of your stomach feeling all over again. Carl Rimmer. (28/08/04) Dixie will be turning in his grave Well it’s finally happened……………… I can liken it to a train crash. You know its going to happen, but all you can do is stand there and wait for the inevitable. I think we all realised that once he shone in Euro 2004 that we would not be able to keep him. It just leaves a terrible taste in the mouth the way it has all unfolded. Just for the record, I would have liked him to stay, forever. Forget the money, we needed him. But at the very least, he could have given us maybe another three seasons. In that time he would have amassed 7.5 million in wages, and god knows how much from sponsorships and endorsements. At the age of 21 he could have left, a very wealthy man, still had maybe 15 years left to fill up his trophy cabinet, and sent out the message to all Blues, ‘well I tried to make it happen for you all, but it hasn’t so now I’m off to pastures greener’. I don’t think anyone could have blamed him. But its not to be………… My conclusion…..! Keep him until the January transfer window opens, and sell him then. In the meantime let him train with the youth team, who he has only just left, but sit him on the bench on matchdays and get him to warm up every 10 minutes in front of the family section, in front of the kids whose hearts he has no doubt broken. Let him listen to the comments that will be thrown at him. Me, well that just about puts a lid on football as I used to know it. Dixie will be turning in his grave………… Mark Davies. (28/08/04) Thanks Wayne Good bye Wayne. I along with many True Evertonians are sick and tired of the whole Rooneygate charade, How stupid do the people involved in this saga think we are. As the old saying goes, "you can fool some of the people all of the time, you can fool all the people some of the time, but you can't fool Evertonians". In HIS, (Oh how I laughed ) statement he says "he hopes the transfer fee they receive will help Everton Football Club move forward", ( not us, not this great club, not my beloved Blues, but Everton Football Club ), How detached can one person become in such a short space of time. Well thanks very much Wayne much appreciated. After all you could have waited until the last minute before you decided to go and really leave us in the lurch. As everybody knows most of the decent players are just hanging around until Tuesday's deadline, waiting for us to come and sign them. We all know Wayne is an wonderful footballer and maybe he should be playing at the top level, but why of why didn't he just admit it the week after the Euro's so we could put bids in for some decent players namely a quality midfielder and a James Beatie type striker. ( One to think about Davey and Blue Bill.) Once again thanks Wayne now "fuck off" and take you're so called Evertonian family with you. "NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM" Kevin Jones. (28/08/04) Rooney Just come in a turned computer on. BT Yahoo tells me ********** wants to go. Click on to you and story confirmed. Where do we stand now? Could the boss now decide to move? I wish you could put a team out from all the wonderful photos of old Everton players you show on your site. The queue would be round the ground 10 times and as old as they are they would not let us down. Even though I can`t stand the crap from across the park I would cheer if they did well for England. If Rooney scores 3 in every game for England I shall just sit there silent. ALL the directors have let us down. Sorry to bother you but.... With sites and supporters like you EFC will be back where it belongs................At the top. Best wishes to all, Ernie, Southport. (28/08/04) Our Wayne What a sad day. Wayne mouthing the empty platitudes of Stretford, whilst contradicting his words with his own actions. Leaving isn't the same as supporting, Wayne. It's the diametric opposite. I hope you enjoy your cash and trophies. Shame you didn't have the patience to try and win them with your own club. Matt O'Connell. (28/08/04) Once a Blue always a Blue?? What's happening rooney has put in a transfer request so he is practically gone, there's no chance of a new contract and bids are flying in........are beloved wayne has gone!! please do a campaign to try and prevent this thanks from danny jones in manchester. (28/08/04) Shame hang you`re head in shame boy and don`t come back we`ll move on without you. I feel sorry for all them kids who have bought you`re shirt. Kicked in the teeth. If you wanted to help this club you could have done this six weeks ago. Now we`ll get the "exclusive" in you`re favourite paper about how bad our beloved club and manager treated you. Don`t kiss the badge but you can kiss my arse anytime. EFC forever everything else is pants! Terry T-Shirt. (28/08/04) Loyal So, the loyal one does the expected. just to remind those blues who get onto the backs of the tony hibberts of this world, remember this lad also signed a contract on the same night as that sh**house, and do you ever see this lad moaning. NO. as moyesy said, this signing is every bit as important to the future of everton football club as, sorry can't bring myself to say his name. i hope his parents feel the shame and hurt as i do good riddance. Col. (28/08/04) Stretford's Jigsaw Rooney
has handed in a written transfer request. The final piece in Stretford's
jigsaw falls into place. So, for all of us who feared he would be sold
against his will, at last we have tangible confirmation that he has turned
his back on the club. It no longer matters whether he has done this with
a clear mind, or whether Stretford has instigated it. He wants to go,
so now there can be no compromise. The Board must squeeze every last penny
out of ManUre. Anti Climax Alternative funding is was how Blue Bill described the new cash injection (obviously another way of saying a loan from the bank or one of his mates on the security of The Dukes departure). Just £6m four days before the transfer deadline. Well I suppose it's better than nothing. The Duke is off and those cheeky bastards Man Ure are talking about £24m in installments, yeah the cash richest club in the world won't do the decent thing and buy the best player in the world in notes. The Duke is a boy in a mans body in a mans world, just remember how little you knew about life when you were 18. He must be so confused, he can't even see the traitor in his presence. Paul Stretford reminds me of Darth Sidius in the Star Wars movie. He really must not have any morals whatsoever. So we can look forward to seeing Our Wayne who really deep down is one of us, kissing the Red badge. How sad is that! On a lighter note on the evening news last night a thick Geordie (not uncommon) was interviewed and I almost choke on my salmon butty when I heard him say 'Why do we need Rooney like, Bellamy's a better player anyway' Typical, have you ever met a Geordie who knew anything about footy. Knobheads! Bring on West Brom and Man Ure. Everton for Ever!!!!! James, Sankey. (28/08/04) Pay To Keep The Duke I will pay to keep Rooney at the club. Do you have a fans bid? One thousand of my hard earned if you bid. Regards A E Searby. (28/08/04) Lack of Ambition Do
you think wayne rooney will ever play in a Everton shirt again?? It's
hard to imagine Rooney playing for everton again, and i am gutted. The
problem is that yet again we are going to sell our best asset. The one
who is going to change everton, but because of a lack of ambition and
funds! Yet again Everton, yet again Bill, are we a selling club?!!!! FAO. Mr Paul Stretford Just
wanted to say a big thank you for ruining Wayne Rooney's homelife and
Everton career. Everything you have done since signing him has been contrived
and will only serve to swell your coffers for years to come. And what
becomes of Wayne after he passes "transfer by" date? I think
I'll ask Gazza. Sad Times What
sad times these are for are great club... We have taken every knock a
club could take this summer... This has mainly been focused around the
‘Wayne Rooney’ saga... I find it incredible that a boyhood blue with a
family of Evertonians has failed to see the damage he has caused the club
by his lack of comment. Can someone really be classed as an Evertonian
if they do something like this..? Go on lads, lets go to Old Trafford on Monday and beat them !! Even if they do parade a new signing in front of us...It's enough to make your heart go.... Rich Flaherty. (28/08/04) What Do You Think? Have your say! e-mail bluekipper.com |
