Tactics

Firstly I've got to say i am starting to get p!ssed off with Moyes! We have a top striker sitting on his ass waiting to get a chance in Anichebe an yet the "protective" Moyes will not give the lad a chance an continues to play fat ass Beattie who I've stuck by for so long but now enough is enough in January we should try an get at least a quarter of what we paid because no one will pay more then 3m for the lump of turd he is! Other then the goal against Arsenal at home last season that is the only contribution he has given to the team 6m an 40k a week GET RID! Anichebe looks like an ideal partner for Johnson who i fear we are relying on to much by playing him up front by himself! I feel that Moyes is making the same mistake as he did with Rooney! Us Evertonians never got to see the real deal with Rooney because Moyes wanted to have it his way! Sack all that Shit! If he's good enough then he's good enough get him on an let him do the business, an that's what we need to do with Anichebe! And as for Naysmith!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't get me started on that shower of shite!!!!!! we all cringe when we see him on the pitch he is absolutely SHITE!!!!!!!!! how cant Moyes see this i don't no?! is it the Scottish connection?? He wouldn't get into the Tranmere reserve side an yet when fit! walks into our side?! I'm starting to think if anybody thinks he's bigger then the club its Moyes! You didn't see Sir Nob ed (Ferguson) playing Rooney on the bench when he went to that scum he let him loose an he scored a hat trick on his debut an he's gone on from there! MOYES don't make the same mistake with Big Vic!!!!!!!!! PLAY HIM!!!!!!!!!! And finally if he wont play him why haven't we thrown our hat in for Alan Smith? Foul and abusive language and ungentlemanly conduct

As an ex local park referee I've always been amazed at how much professional players get away with. When have we seen so called top class referees book or send off players for foul and abusive language or ungentlemanly conduct? Foul and abusive language has zero tolerance in local park games and it makes no difference if the player swears at another player or referee it is a sending off offence, period.

So 2 issues here, why do we see professional players get away with foul and abusive language? Why don't referees crack down, after all any kid or adult playing local football thinks if its ok for the professionals to swear its ok on the council pitch. Why isn't AJ booked for ungentlemanly conduct every time he so called "dived" in the area? Now ungentlemanly conduct has different interpretations. So say a player dives in the area to claim a penalty and a ref "within reason" thinks that player dived, he could book that player for ungentlemanly conduct and order a indirect free kick for the defence.

Most of our top referees are a disgrace, they are prima donnas, full of their own importance and are spoiling the game. British refs used to be the best in the world, now you only have to look at who refs the top games in Europe to realise that English league refs have fallen way behind their continental and world colleagues. Ok if Faddy said what Poll thought he said then he deserves a red card, but how many times have we seen on TV players, remember the Rooney stream of abuse to Poll, scream abuse and refs do nothing or look the other way.

AJ is being victimised, refs do compare notes but if they think he is diving then book him! AJ goes down because at his speed its impossible to stay on your feet when you bounce off someone, an experience ref should know when a person is diving or deliberate contact was made, what the hell is the linesman, or whatever they call them now, there for apart from making the referee look good. It won't be a bad idea to have these top class refs humanised, make them ref a local junior or Sunday league game now and again, perhaps they start thinking they are human and not superior beings. Footballers Or Booters

Arsenal are renowned for their slick passing football under their French manager. Everton are renowned for their fighting spirit, character and aggressive defence. Watch a typical Arsenal passing move on video, then slow it down see what the players actually do. In control of the ball there is nothing that an average Premiership player cannot do. The ball is not glued to their feet. They run far more than the defenders and always there is a player within 10 yards to pass to. In short it is not the difference in quality of players but the style and content of training. Just try it Mr Moyes. Show the players a video, slow it down and ask the players, "Is there anything there that you cannot do?" It might make you think yourself Mr Moyes. Ken, still a blue. (11/11/06)

Bitter Blow

The game against the Arse I thought was a great game. I am very proud of the lads for the effort they put in and although they looked a decent team always felt we were the more likely to score and win the game. It was a sickener to see us concede in such a fashion. I believe if a baby cries loud enough for long enough someone pays attention and that is what has happened with Wenger who for years has been the sorest loser in the premiership. Only Houllier ran him close.

AJ is suffering from the comments made by him and Warnock and its all wrong. AJ'S pace has troubled defenders all season we have witnessed it, its no wonder we get free kicks and penalty claims. Despite the fact he has not scored for 6 games he's goin to make someone pay and soon. I am sure of that. We have got to look on the bright side, we are a far better side than last season. Lescott is a superb addition and deserves a special mention. So too does Moyesy. It would have been easy to call Poll a cheat in the press conference but he came out and faced the music instead. Wenger should take note.

Jimmy Mac was unlucky. Swearing is a fact of life on a football field, it will never stop. I believe it was far more serious to commit a two footed challenge. Poll was an embarrassment last night, the blues were not. Bring on Villa.
