Totally unbelievable Styles messes up at Analfield and is pilloried no end. Last season Hackett (the referees' boss man) admitted that refs had failed to give us at least ten penalties. That was only because Moyesy had put together a portfolio of refereeing cock ups. We're any refs censured over that? A contentious decision is made over a penalty at Analfield (which is as rare as rocking horse shite) and the world has to stop turning. Different rules for different schools? Make up your own mind about who runs football. Eddieparkend. COYB. (21/08/07) In light of Phil Nevile's interview after the Tottenham game, Andy Van Der Meyde was suspended from training at Bellefield, as he was spotted walking his dog around the Trafford Centre. Joe Mannion. (20/08/07) I Give Up Mulling
over the non-event of Everton in the transfer market a mate of mine pointed
out a financial report click here. Quite simply it showed in all its glory
the stark fact that dear old EFC is in the red to the tune of 45 million
squids!! How? What an absolutely pathetic state of affairs...squirming
whenever Everton are mentioned being linked to a player, knowing full
well that 4 million is the limit that they'll go to and knowing that once
the selling club stops laughing the transfer target will vanish like a
fart in the wind....cue Smith and quite likely cue Baines and whoever
else is mentioned. Get rid Of Shandy I'm over the moon with the news of Fernandez & the Yak, I'm so excited & expecting big things from my boys this season but we must get rid of Van Andy Shandy, Here's an idea, that vogel wants 2 come 2 us so bad but we'll only have him on a free & betis want money for him now, swap him 4 shandy, then betis will feel they got something out of the deal & we get an experienced squad player & Vogel gets 2 play for the best team in England, Vandy mandy can get smashed on sangriaz all day long, everyone's happy. FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, FOLLOW, EVERTONZ THE TEAM 2 FOLLOW, this season's gonna b a good one! Love Everton & love the site! Ahmed Doghem. (19/08/07) Thank You Can I just say the site is amazing. I have checked almost every day for the last 3 years. It's like part of my daily routine. It's down to earth with content but professional with its layout and it is amazing. Thank you. Shiraz Ahmed. (19/08/07) Spurs versus Everton What a fantastic performance from Lee Carsley. He anticipated everything. His passing and tackling superb. So far he has proved his doubters wrong with brilliant performances. Also big Victor is not up to scratch as yet emphasing the need for a fast fit and strong striker to help AJ up front. I hope the board give Moysie the cash for the much needed quality in depth we need for a long but optimistic season. Flamer in Belfast. (19/08/07) I had an absolute nightmare at Manchester Airport. First of all they cancelled my flight, which was at 17.00, so they transferred me onto a BA flight which was due out at 17.30, that flight got delayed till 19.15 which was then too late to get me to the Spurs game on time. So they had to get one of the Sky Sports producers to commentate on the game, who is not even a blue. They were very sorry for any inconvenience it was to me, and they have now booked me for the derby!!! which should be interesting. I was gutted aswell as it would have been a great game to commentate on. And just when you thought in could not get any worse, I was stuck in the BA business lounge with the whole Man Utd squad, minus Rooney, who were flying down to Portsmouth for the game today !! So all in all Steve is was a T##T of a day !!!! That's the exclusive. Micky !! (19/08/07) Spurs game I can't believe we have now won there 2 years on the spin! Full Credit to Moyesy for attacking from the off. I cannot believe no-one has mentioned Big Vic's performance, so strong, so powerful won umpteen fouls by backing in better than that cheating Geordie Shearer ever did. COYB! Mad1. (19/08/07) Win At Spurs I
didn't go to the game but did watch in the pub with my father-in-law and
brother-in-law who are both Spurs fans so I had just as much fun Sheer Class Excellent Result for the Blue Boys, Mikky, Roger, Ossie, AJ all superb last night. Lets keep the momentum going. Man of the match for be Mikel Arteta, two words. Sheer Class. CHRISY W ON CLOUD 9. (19/08/07) Great Performance at Spurs What
a great performance by the boys at Spurs.
Arteta is fast becoming our new Duncan Mackenzie.....and I am likening
him to Alan Hudson, Tony Currie, Rodney Marsh and Frank Worthington. It
is a breath of fresh air to have a skillful entertainer in our side, but
Arteta also has another side to his game 'workrate'......long may he remain
with us! It was a fantastic team performance and I must single out Stubbsy
for special praise! I said last year give him another one year contract.....better
get him signed up for another on top of that on his display at Spurs.
awesome. He really is a die hard blue! Welcome to Goodison! I took my 9 year old son to the opening game against Wigan. There we were in the queue, my son all decked out in his shirt and carrying a flag. First game of the season. Imagine the excitement for a child who's just travelled for 3 hours from north Cumbria to see his beloved team. No one else in his school of less than 50 children attends a football match of any description. He loves this image and loves his Everton. Can you imagine his disappointment when the steward at the front of the queue tells us that flags and banners are banned for the game? He agreed to let us in but warned my son - 9 years old remember - that he'd have his flag removed from the ground if he waved it. Welcome to Goodison! The people behind us in the queue we're equally as puzzled and had to laugh and shake their heads at the dictatorship attitude displayed to a child. No doubt the board are so focused on the "yes vote" that any attempt to make a visit to Goodison a happy, memorable one is a thing of the past. The sooner we move the better. Maybe then we'll be treated like the visiting fans. Remember the Man U match on Rooney's 1st return after his sale? Banners were removed from our fans. Any foul language and the stewards and police are trained to moved in, radio controlled by a colleague with binoculars somewhere and the culprits are removed. Fair enough. But why therefore were the Man U fans allowed to chant vulgarities at us without being removed? Give us your money, park miles from the ground, sit with an obstructed view, queue for 25 minutes in a 15 minute interval for overpriced pies and warm beer, but always remember one thing you're not here to enjoy yourselves. I thank God that the team gave us something good to remember. Gwladys. (19/08/07) Whoa Whoa Whoa Sweet Child O Mine Surely my favourite 'Match Report' in Bluekipper's history. I share my undying love for Our Tater! There really is nobody than Mikel Arteta!!! Follow, Follow, Follow,.....Paul Dargan. (19/08/07) Transfers Still not sure about buying another centre forward, despite Arteta stating our needs up front. At the end of the day I just don't think we have a midfield to accommodate two up front. I accept I haven't seen an awful lot of Jagielka but unless he proves a great player in midfield, we remain really lightweight. Fernandes (hopefully!) Arteta and Pienaar are all gifted, but without a genuine holding player or general ball winner we will be over run. Cahill is not as effective in a four man midfield as he is in a five. Playing Carsley or Neville means dropping one of the above and neither of these players are good enough for an Everton team challenging for fourth. I think we need to sign Nolan!!! Cheers. Oz Blue. (19/08/07) 'In a Galaxy far, far away......' The
word on the street is that in Hollywood a certain G. Lucas has been inspired
by all that's not happening at Everton and has come up with an idea for
a new set of films...though info is hazy at this time the title for the
first flick has been published..it will be called 'FARCE WARS.....A BLUE
DOPE'. Where's The Money Come From? Is it me or is the sudden abundance of money for transfers coincidental to the vote on a new stadium. I would not trust the current hierarchy if you paid me. Graham Cass. (15/08/07) Season Tickets I’m just contacting you to see if any other Evertonians have contacted your site in a similar situation. It’s obviously 2 days before the season has started and my season ticket hasn’t turned up. I’ve been told to turn up at the club on Friday with ID but I’ll struggle to this because of work commitments. I’m trying to get through to them today but conveniently there line are down! I feel another Leyton Orient fiasco coming on. Regards. Peter Coleby. (15/08/07) Jimmy Spencer - Park End Row H seat 124

Hi Jimmy, Not sure if you remember me but I met you through your Lisa
at my daughter's birthday party in Jersey (Charlie was invited). Anyway,
you just had time for a quick chat as it was an early kick off that day
(12.45) and you were meeting a few of the lads in the Soleil! Hopefully
your on the road to recovery now and looking forward to hearing from Lisa
that its all going well and your getting better and better. Hopefully
you will be over to see Lisa and Rachel in the near future. Jane

Also thanks to Steve, Lynsey & family and Robbie for your support. We are hoping dad will be moved into re-hab in the next few weeks, which is a positive step for us all. Lisa * I've just read the correspondence about Jimmy Spencer. I was wondering if this was the same Jimmy I went to Bishop Goss school with. This is Chris Dutton saying get well soon Jim. I havn`t seen you for many years, but would love to see you again. All the best Your possibly old school mate. Chris Dutton * So sorry to hear about your accident.Get well soon Jimmy! Look forward to seeing you back in your seat cheering the blues on and singing at the top of your voice. p.s Your Ruth is tone deaf ! From Steve Rimmer (Row H 126) * I spotted your e.mail on bluekipper.com and was upset to hear the sad news about your Dad. I remember him well from when we were kids, mentioned him to my dad who was also shocked and remembers him as a good Evertonian and hard-working man. Please pass on our best wishes to him for a speedy recovery and we will keep him in our prayers. I now have two sons, Joseph (4) and Daniel (3) who are Evertonians and wear the blue shirt with Arteta and Johnson on the back with pride! much to my dad's disgust!! Take care. Lynsey (Walsh) , Peter, and family xxx *
I'm so sorry to read the sad news about your dad i can see by your letter
how much he must mean to you. im sorry i dont personally know Jimmy but
he is an evertonian so he is one of us and this is why i wanted to send
My dad is James Spencer know to everyone as JIMMY, Park End, Block PE5 Row H, Seat 124. He has held a season ticket at Goodison since 1991 (i think). Before that he used buy tickets. He has been going to the match for probably about 50 years now. He went to a lot of the away games including pre-season games in Texas, Thailand and paid for China (but was cancelled due to Sars), some in Scotland, also the European Champions league qualifier against Villa Real in Valencia. He went also to many of the Premiership League away games. As you can see he lived and breathed Everton. My dad had an accident and has suffered from a traumatic brain injury on 16th March 2007, which has left him in a minimally concious state and severely brain damaged. He was in hospital unable to communicate for 12 weeks now and the outcome looked grim. Since then he has surprised the Neuro Surgeon and has turned a corner and is now looking at Rehabilitation. This is going to be a long journey and would appreciate if you would put his picture on the site, as it is something we can read to him to try and stimulate him. I have renewed my dads season ticket in my name as I found it so hard letting his seat go. There is a charity that is helping us through this tough time (Head Injury Support Charity). His family would like to read some of the things people who know him have to say, to try and stimulate him and help him remember. If you know Jimmy, please e-mail info@bluekipper.com Ruth Spencer. (15/08/07) Must Improve Small Squad Just hoping we bag a few players as our squad is sadly quite small. Hopefully, we will be able to make another bid and this time be successful in getting Leighton Baines. I know we simply don't have the cash but hopefully. The one thing that is in our favour is Leighton Baines is a true blue at heart and that means so much. I think it's vital we manage to grab a few bodies as quite simply our squad just literally isn't big enough and to be honest seeing the way other clubs snapping up players like there's no tomorrow, if we don't we will struggle. Best wishes, Paul. (15/08/07) New Shirt I love the new shirt and look forward to getting a new shirt every season now. i can understand why people have become annoyed at having a new shirt every season but they must understand that this has become a financial necessity for our club and indeed most clubs. Do these fans who moan about having new kits really want us to lose more financial ground on the 4 clubs ahead of us? do they really want to cut our massive shirt sales revenue in half by having a new shirt every 2 seasons? I have 3 kids myself and can understand parents woes at yet another new shirt that the kids want. I put a quid in my kids piggy banks every time i went to a game, now the new shirt is out I have cracked open the piggy bank and there is plenty for the shirt and a few quid left over. from John in Wincanton, Somerset.
