We have had plenty of disappointing seasons in the last twenty, but to me this season has got to be the worst. That is because I think all of our expectations were so high. Even Sir Whiskey nose tipped us to do well!

Moyes must be absolutely gutted with the way the season has gone and he had no money in the summer or January and by the sounds of it none in the coming summer plus the possible sale of a young talent. Other players may want to leave as well.

Moyes has been dedicated to our cause and no manager I can remember has worked has hard for this club we all love. I don't believe Moyes could tolerate what he perceives as going backwards, so I for one would not blame him if he walks.

He would not be a high enough profile for one of the rich clubs in the premiership so I think he would have to settle for Celtic (they will be getting rid of their loose cannon this summer).

Kenwright (marmite man, either love him or hate him) is an actor, how can you tell what he says is actually true or not? I hope he is sincere but you don't become a millionaire without kicking a few people on the way up. He has kept a pretty low profile over the last few months which suggests to me he is pretty fed up too.

The truth is he has not got enough wealth as a guarantee for the banks to lend us any more money. £40 - £50 million is serviceable but that's our limit.

£300m for the shite wasn't hence the yanks getting burnt. Anyway, I'll be renewing my season ticket like many thousands of others, it's what we do isn't it, rain or shine. COYB

Just because Rodwell is young, does that make him a good prospect? My son's three. Does that make him a world beater like Jacks' supposed to be?

I don't beleive for one minute that BK would stand in anyone's way should they wish to takeover Everton. Get real, the fact is no one, with big enough pokets and a love of Everton is out there!

Apparently we are now prepared to let Yakubu go for half the £6 million West Ham offered in the summer (think they started at £8 million too). Remembering back Pienaar was let go for £3 million despite being offered £8 in the summer. This must have been Moyes choice. Can anyone really say it was the right decision? In effect this decision has cost us £8 -10 million. The new development for the shops, hospitality etc has also been put back a year due to legal issues. What is going on at the club? This is not how you run a business or a football club.

If the talk of a renewed takeover bid for our club on MOTD2 on Sunday is to be believed Mr K may well be handing the reins over to someone else before too long..Be nice if it happens as he's taken us as far as he can now..

There is lots to like about Bill Kenwright. I like him because he's a blue through and through. I like him because he finds time to be at lots of the games both home and away. I like him because he has given David Moyes time to build a team and given him plenty of rope when at times Moyes has needed it. I do however get dismayed with some of his rhetoric...Moyes has a job for life...I won't stand in his way if a bigger club comes calling et al...He is a fine man and I'm sure he'd do anything he could to improve the situation we are in. Alas he'd have been great 40 years ago but his pockets are not nearly deep enough for the modern game if we are expected to compete. There's the rub. I no longer think we can compete and the gap is starting to widen. We all know the answer but we will just have to sit tight and await a sugar daddy. All the best to Bill

Good one there about Kenwright being an actor. Loads of people forget he used to be in Corrie! I bet if he cut out some of his gala luncheons we'd have a fair bit more in the kitty! The only reason it's feared that we'll have no money in the summer is that Kenwright knows how much Rodders is worth and would rather sell him than cash in. KENWRIGHT OUT!
