Evertonian, Paul Roderick is making a name for himself as head coach of The Long Island Rough Riders who play in the USL Premier Development League in USA.
Paul was on Everton's books as a youth player before moving to Bolton. He moved onto the USA and played for several teams including the Rough Riders, but injury cut short his career in 2006.
He became the Rough Riders Assistant Coach in 2007 and was promoted to head coach in 2010.
