Paul was killed along with 15 others in the North sea helicopter crash of 1st April 2009. Paul was a lifelong Evertonian through his Merseyside roots and grew up in Kent and Sussex and later lived and worked in London. A fanatical Blue, he quit London to follow his dream to fly helicopters and continued to spread the word of the blues in Aberdeen and on the oil rigs of the North sea. He died doing something he loved and will be so sorely missed by family and friends. Rest in peace Paul. Charlie Isaac.
