Everton Take The Kop 1984

The banner read:"He's Fat, He's Round,
He's Worth A Million Pound, Peter Reid."

Here's a few snaps of me and my mates in the Kop a few minutes after Sharpy had netted his beauty against the shite in '84. I'm sporting a green Lacoste polo shirt and a 1960s barred scarf. There are plenty of blue and white bobble-hats in the foreground. There were thousands of us in the Kop that day and I went on the piss for a week after the game. Me and my old mate Paul Maloney from Walton were holding up a huge Everton banner but unfortunately you can't see either him or it in any of the snaps. Everton In Chile

Can you please put this picture on the Blue Kipper web site. It is me outside the Sausalito Stadium in April this year. I went to visit my mate in Chile and couldn’t resist visiting the home of the Chile Blues.

The guys there let me go on the pitch and everything. They tried to get my Everton shirt off me, but I was having none of it!

Flying The Flag

Been living in Sheffield since 89 and the missus and daughter support Wednesday don't ask.Took them both to old Trafford last season for them to watch Wednesday V Man utd in the Pontins reserve final.

It was the day our Ladies played in the cup final so I just sat and watched that on the Tele. Got a friend who has a season ticket to watch Manure and he got us all into the executive box. Anyway couldn't resist pulling the Everton flag out of my pocket and asking the wife to take a pic. Great site. Tony. (09/10/05)
