Here's a couple of pics of us at Wembley in '95'. I don't remember much as I was pretty pissed that day, fell off my seat and hit the deck when Graham Stuart scored, but I do remember that I gave the flag off my back to Big Dunc during the lap of honour and he ran round Wembley waving it above his head.

Which prompted BBC's Match of the Day to freeze frame a close up of Big Dunc heading down the tunnel with my flag in the air. (Priceless) One or two people in the pubs of West London heard the tale that night I can tell you !!

When you have a Saturday Free of Football and are out of the FA Cup what else is there to do on a Saturday?? Well you could always travel up the motor way to play a team of Preston North End Supporters in Leeds? Well, when I got invited up to Watch I thought why not? After all I have only happy memories of Leeds thanks to Mr Rooney!! Oh yeah and obviously I had nothing else to do seeing as we were not playing either home or away!!!! Those of you who think I am lazy for not playing.. I am a girl and hence not allowed (plus I am crap) so I said I would e-mail kipper instead!

My Kid Brothers mate John and his mate from School Tony (who is located up there) somehow arranged this. (all of us except one top balcony snob) all sit in the Lower Gwlady’s and normally all meet up match day which is how the team was
Tony’s mate is a Preston North End fan and this is how is came about. I thought the rivalary would be interesting thanks to us robbing them of the Ginger Messiah and also I wanted to see the set up they take this really seriously and have never been beaten.

Well that all changed, we won 2-1 thanks to a Goal from the top balcony snob himself Peter McPartland and Carl scored the second. Considering we had no subs, and they had a swapping rotation I think we did really well. I think things got a little heated towards the end and it was a typical Everton display, (sorry but you know, we defended really hard and they kept attacking us, and a goal could have gone in any minute heart in mouth etc etc).

Anyway appartently we are the “lanky La’s”(sour grapes) you can read their match report here: http://www.pneysc.co.uk/everton.htm

Here is a photo of our Everton lads and they are thinking of setting something like this up here!!! Oh yeah, appartently they have challenged us for a re-match in May!!! Lets just wait and see eh??
