Jogger's Snapshots

Jogger's Snapshots is for all you photogenic Evertonians to show the world how fantastic you looked when you wore a scarf around your wrist all those years ago. (Last week in some cases). Or send a photo of you in Everton Blue on your travels around the world. So send in your photo's of you and your mates decked out in those silly bobble hats at Wembley, or hobnobbing with the players, or better still, send a photo of your mate looking a right Dick, and Jogger will gladly put it on this page.

Blue Glacier

Great site lads, keep up the good work. Me and my younger bro Ian up the Franz Josef Glacier in the South island of New Zealand. Stunning place.

FA Cup 1995

This one goes back some years...to 1995. My Nana who is a lifelong blue had a surprise 70th birthday at Goodison. It was where all the trophies were kept (now closed to the public). The FA Cup was nowhere to be seen I was gutted, but just when I thought my day was ruined they brought it out!

I'm the little 9 year old proudly wearing the FA Cup winners t-shirt (my mum wanted me to dress up like my brother on the left but I wasn't having any of
it). PLEASE put it on joggers.

Chris Whittaker (now aged 20). (05/09/06)

Football Aid

It would mean the world if you could post these pictures of myself (Ciaran Barker, Gerti to my mates!) and my mate Kevin (Fat boy to his mates) who recently lived the dream and played at Goodison Pk in May (FootballAid). We had a super day and Fat boy conceded 6 goals but despite that, John Bailey still gave him man of the match for the away team (Sympathy vote!). Anyhow, the first picture is of the two of us on the pitch prior to the game (fat boy is on the right), 2nd Pict with Derek Mountfield and finally with John Bailey. Unreal experience and the two boys were superb, an absolute credit to the club!

Keep up the good work boys, Love the site lads. Regards, Ciarán Barker. (05/09/06)

Monaco Grand Prix

I was at the Monaco Grand Prix and was hopin you'd stick this photo onto your great website. Had to wear me blues top whilst I was there! Nice 1. Andy Mc, Huyton. (05/09/06)

Blue Wedding Bells

The picture is of a few of us that travelled over and of Tony and his wife Tere (centre & back), his sister Maria and friends.

Went to O Grove in May to see an old pal Tony get married (the guy in the middle of the photo holding the baby). He’s an exiled blue now living in Galicia in Northern Spain.

Had a great week out there and good to see that he’s been converting all the locals to blues!! I went into one bar called ‘The Horsebox’ and before I could order a beer, the guy stopped me and played Z cars on his mobile. Most places we went into, we got the thumbs up if we were wearing our Everton shirts. One bar called ‘La Frigata’ had a banner over the bar ‘Everton - Home of the Blues. A couple of redshites that were with us tried to convert the owner Fran, but he told them where to go!

At the wedding reception, us sufficiently plied with drinks, the DJ played Z cars and lots of dancing and mayhem ensued. Great laugh all in all. If any blues ever go to O Grove, they will be welcomed with open arms.

Ben Nevis

This is me and my boyfriend Dave climbing Ben Nevis on 20.05.06, it took us 3hrs and 23mins.
I got some stick off a few red shites on the way up but we had the last laugh as we passed them still climbing as we was going down (Nil Satis Nisi Optimum).

AJ Summit

I only discovered Blue Kipper a couple of weeks ago, but what a discovery! Keep up the great work.

Anyway, I've attached a photo of Davey Moyes and myself taken at a football charity dinner in April 2006. You'll notice that the other looker in the picture is Ian Dowie. Dave spent most of the evening engrossed in private conversation with him, who was Palace boss at the time. After the picture was taken, I commented to Dave "I hope you gents are talking about Andy Johnson"

Low and behold, 2 months later we've got the most exciting signing since Tony Cottee!

If you want to post it on your essential Everton website, it would give a fellow 20 year faithful blue a smile. Fingers crossed for this weekend, I have a really strong feeling we're gonna do the red filth this time.

Cheers! James. (05/09/06)

Tokyo

I'm currently living in Japan and have just got back from a weeks jolly in Tokyo. Obviously I was sporting a Blues shirt (no that they need much promoting anywhere in the world, mind!) and here I am next to a statue of the dog "Hatchiko" (basically, the Japanese 'Greyfriars Bobby'). Great site, by far the wittiest and most informative Everton site on the net; keep up the good work!

Alan Stark, Fukuoka, Japan. (05/09/06)

He's got red hair but we don't care

Please can you throw this pick of me and Moyesy on your site. Bumped into him on the way home from Boro and had to hold onto him to keep upright! Cheers Davie you capped off a quality day! Alan Hoy. (05/09/06)

Niagara Falls

Here’s a picture of me at Niagara Falls when I went to America for work, on a training course….sight seeing on expense’s!!

Brian the Rat, Runcorn. (04/09/06)
