Anderson Silva

Don't get to excited, but Everton have signed Anderson Silva, after the deadline for transfers had expired, then promptly loaned the Brazilian midfielder out to Malaga, till December 31st. Silva or Sylvia to his mates, is not yet eligible for a work permit, so the Blues have agreed a deal with the player's former club Montevideo of Uruguay, who still own 50 percent of his rights. He will spend a spell on loan at Malaga until he can secure an EU passport, which he should obtain in the New Year. Get it, easy isn't it.

Keith Bully Wyness says: "We have come to an agreement with the Uruguayan club National Montevideo with regard to us bringing Anderson da Silva to Goodison Park at some point in the future. As part of that agreement it was decided to allow the player to join - on loan - the Spanish Primera club, Malaga. Anderson da Silva is a highly-promising young footballer and we shall closely monitor his progress during his time in Spain."

Sylvia says: "I have joined Malaga to help the club and to demonstrate I am worthy of playing in the Premier League with Everton. I am hoping to play in Malaga's friendly game against Newcastle this week." (02/09/05)

Players IN for Summer 2005 (The Rumour Mill)         Fishy out - Summer 2005       EXCLUSIVE - NEW SIGNINGS

Transfer Deadline

Champions League - Qualifying Round - Thursday, 4th August 2005
Champions League - League Stage - Thursday, 1st September 2005
Premiership - Wednesday, 31st August 2005

Thousands of Evertonians waited up until midnight, surfing the web, watching Sky Sports News, waiting for Everton to announce the signing of a new centre forward. It didn't come. Andy Van der Meyde was the only last day signing. We should have known when Moyesy was at Haig Avenue watching another new signing, Matteo Ferrari score for the the rezzies. So onward and upwards! The new silver second kit is on sale today. (01/09/05)

Wanted 1 striker, who has pace and can score goals regularly.

It's the last day of the transfer window. By midnight tonight Everton fans will know if their club has signed a centre forward. Having lost out on Michael Owen, Andy Johnson, Mikael Forssel, Craig Belamey for various reasons, the fans will be hoping Everton will sign someone. Will it be Robbie Keane from Spurs, Javier Portillo from Madrid, Arouna Kone, Turkish sensation Fatih Tekke, Scouser David Nugent, Mark Viduka, 'Emile' Mpenza from Belgium, Javi Guerrero, Johan Vonlanthen, Fulham's Steed Malbranque, manure's Louis Saha, Benjamin Mwaruwari, Vetern Ivan De La Pena, Chec Tomas Rosicky, Fernando Cavenaghi, Benni McCarthy, Turk Sanli Tuncay, or Scottish wonder kid Aiden McGeady. Or then maybe someone else? What This Space! (31/08/05)

79. Nuno Valente

Everton have captured the signature of Nuno Valente, for a fee in the region of £1.5m. The ex Porto defender has signed a three year deal with the Blues, and gives Moyesy a left back with lots of European experience.

Moyesy says: "He has signed for us and we are delighted to have him here. We found it difficult in the summer when we were looking for a left-back but we have been able to move quite quickly on this deal.

After the injuries to Sandro and Gary we needed a left-back and Nuno has come very highly recommended from Jose Mourinho. I spoke to Jose about him. He had him at Porto and he was in the side that won the Champions League in 2004. He is a Portuguese international with a wealth of experience."

Nuno says: "I am very happy. I am happy to be here and I am coming to a club with a lot of ambition. I hope to win things here like I did in Porto. I intend to help the team, help the manager achieve his objectives and that is very important for me and for the club. It is an international club, with ambition and I know it is a good club for me to play for." (28/08/05)

Portugal defender Nuno Valente is close to joining Everton from FC Porto. The 30-year-old, who is expected to cost around £1m, flew to London on Saturday to negotiate a two-year contract with the Toffees. Valente has fallen out of favour at Porto after reportedly refusing to retire from international football.

Nuno won Champions League, and UEFA Cup Honours whilst at Porto, and he will bring a wealth of European know how with him.

Nuno says: "I am disillusioned with a lot of people. I deserved to leave in a better way considering all I have done for Porto," he told O Jogo newspaper. The club has its reasons and I have mine. I prefer my opinion to theirs." (28/08/05)

Signs For EVERTON

78. Javier Portillo

The 23 year old forward has been at Madrid since he was 11. He has scored over 700 goals as a junior and youth player, but has jet to fulfil his potential in the first team and now is regarded as sixth pick stiker. Oh to have 6 strikers! (24/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

77. Arouna Kone

With the collapse of Nana's (to his mates) proposed move from Roda JC to Benfica, Everton, Wigan and of course Newcastle are in for him. The striker has had transfer problems in the past. A proposed move from Roda to Ajax fell through, because of a suspected heart problem. (23/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

76. Dirk Kuyt

Kuyt has decided to stay at Feyenoord.

Dicky says: "I have taken my final decision, I'm staying at Feyenoord. It didn't feel right to leave a wonderful, fantastic club like Feyenoord at the last moment. This season nothing will come of it with other clubs. If a tremendous club comes in I'll listen to it, but I'll also say immediately that it's only for next season." (30/08/05)

Dirk or Dicky to his mates has tempted Moyesy enough, for the Blues Boss to lodge a £10m bid to Feyenoord for the striker's services. The bid which was made in early August, was turned down by Feyenoord, who insist they want £12m for their man. Maybe with only a week left before deadline day, Moyesy may go back to see if a compromise can be reached.

Moyesy says: "We offered for £10m Kuyt on August 1st, which was rejected by Feyenoord. Certain top names that we are talking about are the right ones, but as far as I know it is £12m for Kuyt, and I just felt it was too much." (23/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

75 Fatih Tekke

Everton are on the trail (ye har) of Turkish International forward, Fatty (to his mates) is keen to try his luck in the Premiership. His team Trabzonspor may want to cash in. The 24 year old has been a success for the national side, banging goals in left right and centre. With Beattie and now Bent out injured, Moyesy may ponce with a £3m bid. Wigan are also in the hunt. (20/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

74. David Nugent

Moyesy may be heading back to his old stomping ground to enquire about hot shot Preston forward David Nugent. The young striker who has struck four times already this season is not being touted around by his manager, but he realises that a bid in the region of £2m is inevitable before Wednesday's deadline.

With the striker in form, and the valuation around Moyesy's budget, don't be surprised to see a bid from the Blues boss.

Billy Davies says: "I won't be surprised if I get a phone call this week. We lost Richard Cresswell to Leeds last week and I don't think I could cope with losing Nugent as well. I think there is a huge possibility we will receive bids for someone else before the deadline. So far, we haven't had bids but we have had enquiries and we all know how the transfer window works. You can never say never." (29/08/05)

The young Preston striker, Nuge(to his mates) has come on well since he singed from Bury last season. The 20 year old has scored 11 goals in 18 games and is a mad Evertonian Scouser. In a recent interview he said he hoped to be "Playing for Everton - alongside Duncan Ferguson if he's still fit enough - and hopefully playing for England."

Nuge says: "I suppose it's exciting to read things like that in the press. Especially when it's your hometown club and one you have supported all your life. But nothing has happened yet. There have been no offers and it is all paper talk. I am just concentrating on my game and letting my football do the talking on the pitch. It is a massive step for any player to step up to the Premiership. But I think I am confident I can go up to that level one day and perform. Jon Stead did it at Blackburn last year, so there is no reason why I can't do it if it does happen. But there has been no approach so it is all hypothetical. I'm happy with the start I have made. I can't grumble with two goals in two games. I just hope I can continue it tomorrow. I'm feeling sharp, I've had a great pre-season – one of the toughest I've ever had – and I think it is showing in my play. I didn't get much of a summer break, what with the play-offs and then going away with the England Under-20 squad to France for the Toulon Tournament. But I've come back raring to get going again, and so far things haven't gone too bad."

Preston boss Billy Davies says: "Reports in the papers that Everton are after Dave Nugent is total nonsense. There has been no enquiry at all. I don't know where that story has come from, but it is not true." We'll see! (17/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

73. Mark Viduka

With deadline day looming, and Moyesy in urgent need of a top class striker, reports indicate that the Everton Boss is casting his eye over Boro's forward Mark Viduka. With the prospect of European football this season, and the chance to team up with Aussie team mate Tiny Tim, Viduka might be willing to join the Blues. With the arrival at Boro of Yakuba, the Aussie has no doubt has his nose put out of joint, and he could be available for around £3million. (17/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

72. Albert Lopo

Al's (to his mates) contract at the Espanyol will expire next summer and they are looking for a fee of around £2million for the centre back. Everton scouts watched him at Espanyol's pre-season thrashing by Blackburn last week. (14/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

71. Michael Owen

Press conference at Newcastle at 12.00 noon today. Poor redshite fans. The diver says: "David Moyes rang to see if there was a chance of getting me to Goodison Park and to wish me luck if not. I think he must have known that my dad was briefly an Everton player and I used to follow them as a boy." (31/08/05)

Moyesy has spoken to Owen and his advisers, but even though Everton will put a financial package together, which is acceptable to him, he has said no.

Moyesy says: "We have been in contact with Owen and his advisors. Michael doesn't see Everton at this moment as being what he would choose but I am reassuring Everton supporters that we are in for big names." (24/08/05)

With the England striker seemingly too far down the pecking order, for him to get regular football in World Cup season, he has spoken to some Premiership clubs. Michael ('the diver' to his mates) says: "I've spoken to 3 or 4 clubs." Is it 3 or 4? With Man Utd and Chelsea saying they are not interested. It leaves Arsenal and the redshite who he may go to. If things don't work out, then he can always go to the Barcodes. Enter Everton with reports saying Blue Bill will ok a £12m bid. Is this another Alan Smith type bid?

Real Madrid director of sport Emilio Butragueno says: "Several clubs are interested in signing him and we will have to see what happens over the course of the next two weeks. He is an important player for us." (14/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signs For Newcastle

70. Dickson Etuhu

Some reports say Everton are ready to make a £750,000 bid for Dick. We'll see. (23/08/05)

Apparently Preston manager, Billy Davies does not want to sell, but Everton coach, Jimmy Lumsden watched Dick put in a great performance in Preston's draw against Derby on Monday night. Preston are skint and loosing around £20,000 a week. An offer in the region of £1m could convince Preston to part with Dick. (17/08/05)

Moyesy is said to be interested in Dick(to his mates). Davie actually signed him for Preston from man city as a youngster. He has been a star player at Deepdale.

Blue Kipper says:

Etuhu in 2004

69. Fredi Kanoute

Sevilla have signed Mali striker Fredi Kanoute from Tottenham in a £4.4m deal. (17/08/05)

Fred (to his mates) came to the Premiership from Lyon. He scored 33 goals in 92 games for West Ham. Since he joined Spurs he has scored 12 and 9 in the last few seasons. The Mali International would cost around £5m.

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Sevilla

68. Phil Neville

Everton have signed Phil on a 5 year deal. (04/08/05)

With time running out to sign players before the season starts, talks have taken place with manure. The ugly chuckle brother has been told he can leave. A bid of £3m could secoure the 28 year old. He can play all along the back four and can fill in in midfield. He has over 50 caps for England. He could be one of two players, Everton will sign before the season starts. (04/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Neville Jan 05

Signs For EVERTON

67. Lokonda 'Emile' Mpenza

Currently at Hamburg, the Belgian International is up for grabs. Has played for various clubs both in Germany and Belgium. Fast speedy left footed forward with a powerful shot who can score goals. Emily (to his mates) is not our type then. (04/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

66. Milan Baros

Apparently a redshite forward is on Bully's list. The ladyboy (to his mates) looked all set to go to Schalke 04 in Germany, as he agreed personal terms until they found out that the shite wanted £7m. Villa are also interested.

The Everton C.E.O says: "We are looking at a number of different striking options and we are currently reviewing them all. Baros is one of the names on the list." (03/08/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Villa

65. Ousmane Dabo

With Carsley having more problems with his knee, Moyesy wants another holding midfielder type thingio player in the squad and what better than a player who won't cost much. Lazio want Ossie (to his mates) off their books before his contract ends at the end of next season. The 28 year old French International (3 caps) has spent most of his career in Italy with Inter, Atalanta, Vicenza, but has Champions league experience with Monaco. (29/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

64. Eirik Bakke

Eirik Bakke is the latest name Moyesy is said to be keen on. Bakke who is one of the top earners at cash strapped Leeds (£27k @ week), is keen to off loaded by new Chairman Ken Bates. Everton it is rumoured are preparing a bid in the region of £1.7m, for the central midfielder. (25/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

63. Michael Ball

Bally is in Talks with Birmingham. (31/08/05)

Bally, was present at Fir Park, to see his old Everton team mates in action against Motherwell and not with the Rangers squad for their game. Bally told a few of us that things might happen in the transfer market, which may culminate with the left back's return to the club, maybe as early as this week. Bally was sold to Rangers back in the Summer of 2001, for £6.5m. We need a left back, 'Gers, always need cash, and Bally will always be a Blue. Watch this space as they say. (17/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Some Dutch Team

62. Francesco Coco

No clowning about here, the Italian media are saying that Everton are in line to pick up the Italian fullback. Ok we had to have one reference to Coco the clown. He was once described as the ‘The New Paolo Maldini’ but with our left back position the new 'Sandro Pistone' will do. He has a wealth of experience at Milan, Barcelona and Inter. (16/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

61. Anderson Silva da Franca

There has been an unconfirmed report that Andy has had a trial at Everton last week. Everton are to decide this week, if they should make a bid for him. (15/08/05)

Reports yesterday in various media sources said Everton had offered the 22-year-old Brazilian midfielder a 4 year deal. Andy (to his mates) Silvia to us, is a free agent, after a spell with Spanish club, Racing Santander. Everton dismissed it.

Paul Hodges, his agent says: "From an economic viewpoint and from a football viewpoint, with the Champions League it is a great offer, but I think the player prefers to stay in Spain." (14/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

60. Marek Heinz

The Czech Republic's 57 (to his mates), scored just 1 goal in 20 games last season for Borussia M'Gladbach. Moyesy is supposed to have said. "Yer havin a laff!" (13/07/05)

Blue Kipper says: No Kippers

59. Sean Davis

Remember him? Rumours are starting to rumble, that Everton may go after the Spurs midfielder. He has played only 16 games since his transfer from Fulham. (11/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

The Sean Davis Saga

58. Lee Young-pyo

Spurs look to have him in the bag. (25/08/05)

Spies in Holland tell us that Moyesy is casting an eye over PSV Eindhovens young Korean left back Young Pyo Lee. It was announced on the PSV web site that Lee is contemplating the Premiership (which player isn't nowadays), and the Blues as well as Villa, and surprise surprise Newcastle are also interested. (21/07/05)

The South Korean left full back (boy do we need one) has rejected PSV Eindhoven's offer of a new contract. Everton, Newcastle, and Villa are keeping tabs.

Lee's agent Kim Dong-kook says: "After the financial details came, it was clear there is a huge gap between the offers and the demands. PSV can't fulfil our expectations."

So he's off to Newcastle then. (11/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Spurs

57. Paul Scholes

Scholes watched Everton play at Bolton. That's about as near as we'll get to him. (22/08/05)

Lots of stuff in the papers over the weekend about this, but nothing from Everton or Man Utd. Would be amazing if he came. (11/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

56. Mohamed Sissoko

Typical! The redshite have pinched Mo for £5.5m and the agent blames Valencia.

His agent Jose Segui says: "Valencia have taken the decision to sell to the shite and Momo is happier now." (09/07/05)

Mo's agent, Jose Segui says: "The transfer of Sissoko to Everton is practically finalised. There are only some small details to resolve and then the medical of the player." (08/07/05)

The deal for Mo and M could be very close after comments from the Valencia sporting director.

Javier Subirats says: "We would accept losing Moretti but we would establish a clause with Sissoko whereby if Everton chose to sell him within two years we could buy him back for the same price we sold him. We know that Sissoko needs to play more matches, but we know he could end up being a great player."(06/07/05)

David Moyes has confirmed his interest in the Valencia duo Mo and M.

Moyesy says: I can confirm we are trying to bring them both to Everton. I don't want to say much more than that, but I am hoping to conclude both deals quickly."(04/07/05)

Mo is another Valencia target of David Moyes. It could take an offer of up to £4m for the talented midfielder. The 20 year old Mali international would be a great signing for the blues.(04/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For the shite

Mohamed Sissoko

55. Emiliano Moretti

Rumours have that Everton are in for Emiliano Moretti (M to his mates). The 25 year old left back will cost £2m from Valencia.(04/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Emiliano Moretti

54. Javi Guerrero

Everton's big money offer (what a change) was not enough to tempt Jav (to his mates), as the 28-year-old Striker has agreed to stay in Spain with Celta Vigo.

Jav says: "Everton's offer was the best offer money wise, but I want to stay in Spain. I'm sure I would have adapted to the English game, but I have to think about other issues." (17/07/05)

Javi Guerrero is out of contract with Racing Santander and Everton could make him an offer he can't refuse. (03/07/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Javi Guerrero

53. Matteo Ferrari

Got him. Loan at first, with a view to a full transfer in the Summer. Mat may make his debut at Fulham, if his registration goes through in time.

Moyesy says: We've lost Per Kroldrup with a hernia operation so we're a bit short of defenders. Matteo coming in on loan can play at full back if required and will bolster the squad a little bit. He's not a natural left back, we're hoping to bring a left back in before the deadline, but he may be able to do that in a one-off game."

Matteo says: "I am very happy because I am a fan of English football and when I was in Italy I always watched English football on TV. I am very glad to be here because Everton showed so much confidence in me and so that is why I am happy to be here." (26/08/05)

Moyesy is facing a race against time to get Matteo Ferrari registered in time to face Fulham in London tomorrow. The Italian defender, has been brought to Goodison on a one year deal, with a view to a transfer next Summer. He is much needed with Pisto and Nace both out injured. It is a double swoop with Andy Van Der Meyde expected to sign aswell today.

Moyesy says: "Matteo Ferrari will hopefully complete today but we don’t know if we will get him registered in time. Even though we will try to if possible." (26/08/05)

Mat flew into Liverpool from Rome today. He will finalise his year long loan deal tomorrow when the Champions League party will be back. He should be available to play against Fulham. (24/08/05)

Ferrari will join Everton for the rest of the season on loan with an option to sign a permanent move at the end of the season. His agent is very critical of the Roma negotiating team, calling them a bunch of amateurs, because they have taken so long to sort out the transfer.

Hot Rod's agent Giovanni Corci says: "Matteo didn't train with the squad on Tuesday and the time has come to sign with Everton. It will be a loan move with the option to buy at the end of the season for a fee of around £3.7 million. The negotiations with Everton were run by a bunch of amateurs." (23/08/05)

Moyesy is pulling out the stops to get a few more players in before the start of the season, but he's having no luck.

Hot Rod 's agent, Giovanni Corci says: "On Friday there was contact between the two sides. But Matteo wouldn't like to leave Roma. His desire to have a good season with Roma is really strong and for this reason he doesn't like the idea of moving to Everton." (17/07/05)

Moyesy has said he is interested in Ferrari

Moyesy says: "He is a player we have watched, but he is just one of a number of players we are looking at at the moment." (30/06/05)

Moyesy is said to be keen on Roma's 25 year old defender Matteo Ferrari. Ferrari or Hot Rod (to his mates), is said like every footballer out there today, to be keen on a move to the Premiership. The Centre Back will be available in the region of £3m, and if our sources are correct contact between Roma and the Blues is said to be at the early stages. (29/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed on Loan For Everton

52. Achille Emana

The Toulouse midfielder has caught the eye this season. The Cameroon International has been at his French club for 4 seasons and is keen on a move to the Premiership. He is only 23 years old and his non stop engine will fit into Everton's way of playing. (20/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

51. Per Kroldrup

PK has passed his medical and agreed personal terms and is now an Everton player. He is Moyesy's second signing of the Summer. PK has signed a 4 year deal. He will join his new team mates when pre season training starts on Friday.

Everton Chairman Blue Bill says: "David identified the player at the end of the season as a defensive addition he would like to add to the squad. Negotiations have progressed steadily over the last 3-4 weeks and we are delighted to have made a major signing in Per and we welcome him to Goodison Park." (26/05/06)

PK is at Goodison today to finalise his move to the Blues, with his medical. Per will sign for a fee in the region of £4.5m, and he can't wait to get going with the Blues in the Premier League. Lets not get excited till after the medical though.

PK Says: "The club appeals to me and the Premiership would be an interesting place to play. It would be a great thing for me to play in one of the best leagues in the world." (26/06/05)

PK has had a gas with Tommy Gravesen over life at Everton. Tommy said nice things.

PK says: "I spoke to Thomas about Everton when we were together recently. Everton's interest was only a rumour then, but he said nice things about the club and they appeal to me. Everton is a very interesting club and the Premier League is one of the best in the world, and it would be a great thing for me to play there.

"Everton have just qualified for the Champions League and seem to be very ambitious, but I will have to wait and see what happens."

Ex-redshite, Fat Molby says: "He's a big lad - I think he's about six feet three inches tall - and a good defender, but he's also a very good footballer. He can use the ball well," said Molby.

"He has waited patiently for his chance in the Danish national side and finally forced his way in in the last 12 months. Since he's got in he has done really well.

"If David Moyes is looking for a centre-half with a bit of authority who can go straight into the Premier-ship from day one, he's the right man.

"Arsenal were linked with him recently which underlines his pedigree - and I think his three years in Italy will have given him some invaluable experience." (21/06/05)

Everton have agreed a fee of around £4.5m for Udinese's Danish centre back. PK (to his mates) is only 25 and has helped the Italian side claim a place in the Champions League. The Blonde Great Dane has six caps for Denmark. Twat of a name for a chant though.

Everton's Ian Ross says: “We agreed a fee with Udinese at the weekend and whilst we do remain very optimistic that Per will be joining us it is important to remember that the player has yet to discuss personal terms and has still to undergo a medical. All deals take time and effort and, as a Club, we have always preferred to do our business quietly, away from the spotlight which tends to illuminate football 365 days of the year. (20/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Everton

50. Steed Malbranque

With more rumours about Steed moving away from Fulham, Manager Chris Coleman says: "It certainly is not in the best interests of your club to sell one of your best players in the last week of the transfer window." (24/08/05)

The 25 year old has been at Fulham for 4 years and reports say that he wants to move on for a chance to play in the Champions League. He tasted it with his French club Lyon but Fulham have struggled. Aston Villa have played down reports that they are interested in him. (18/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

49. Sylvain Distin

A fee of £7m has put Moyesy off going after Sylvia.

Moyesy says: "Distin is a good player, but £7m is a huge sum of money for a central defender. (20/06/05)

The Man City skipper, Sylvia (to his mates) could be a target for Moyesy. The 27 year old classy French defender very seldom gets injured and has played over 30 games a season in the last 4 seasons in England. Everton would have to shell out £5m or more to capture his signature, as City don't want to sell.

Sylvia's agent Willie McKay says: "Everton are interested in signing Sylvain.
Bill Kenwright and John Wardle (City chairman) have spoken to each other about Sylvain. A lot depends on the price as I know Everton are speaking to another player and although it is clear they like Sylvain, they may decide to go for a cheaper alternative. Sylvain is currently away on holiday in Guadulupe and we will discuss things when he returns, but a lot depends on what happens with Shaun Wright-Phillips if they sell him or not. It is down to John Wardle and Stuart Pearce what happens with Sylvain." (18/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

48. Johan Vonlanthen,

Young Jo(to his mates), is best known for becoming the youngest scorer in the history of EURO 2004. The Swiss International started his career with Young Boys of Berne, was at PSV Eindhoven but could not make an impact. Last season the 20 year old went on loan to Italian side Brescia, who were relegated. (18/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

47. Ivan Helguera

The 30 year old defender says he's happy at Real Madrid, and even with Tommy Gravesen telling him that Everton is a boss club, it looks like the Spanish international will be staying put. (16/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

46. Brahim Hemdani

It has been reported that Everton have missed out on him(to his mates). This is bollocks. He signed for Glasgow Rangers

Moyesy says: "I did speak to Hemdani a year ago but decided after that meeting he was not right for Everton Football Club. That situation has never changed since. It is ridiculous to suggest we have missed out on signing him." (16/06/05)

Blue Kipper says: NO KIPPERS

45. Louis Saha

With Everton losing out on Mikael Forssell, who decided to join Brum, Moyesy is scouring Europe looking for a top class forward. Reports suggest that Man ure's Louis Saha is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford. Saha is behind Shrek, Horse's Head, and Alan Smith in United's attacking pecking order, and the lure of Champions League footy may prove decisive. It is thought Saha will be available for around £6m, as Fergie takes a drop on the £12.8m, he paid for the forward in January 2004. Fulham his old club are said to be watching developments as well. Saha scored goals for fun at Fulham, but has seen his chances very limited at Old Trafford.
Moyesy says:"There's absolutely no truth in that." (14/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

44. Diego Placente

The Argentinean full back looks towards Italy or Spain now that talks with his club has broken down.

Diego says: "There have been no further talks with Bayer. I have heard about Hamburg's interest, but I would rather move to Italy or Spain." (16/06/05)

Diego's agent has suggested if Everton made an offer then he would come to us rather than Roma. The Bayer Leverkusen left back is available on a free.

Diego's agent Sammy says: "There is some interest from Roma. Diego appreciates the interest of Roma, but if an offer from Everton arrived we could not ignore it. With respect to Roma, Everton will play in the Champions League next season."(12/06/05)

Diego Placente

43. Benjamin Mwaruwari

Auexerre forward, Benjani (to his mates) is keen to play in the premiership. The 26 year old has scored 11 goals in 31 games this season. Charlton are also interested. (08/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

42. James Collins

The welsh International has played a full season with Cardiff. Jimmy (to his mates) is a centre half and will be 23 next month. What's that song about red hair? (08/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For West Ham

42. Dario Simic

Having spent 7 seasons in Italy first with Inter and now AC Milan, Dario may be looking for a move to the Premiership. Has won the European Cup, so has plenty of experience in the Champions League. The Croatian will turn 30 this year. (27/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

41. Kevin Hofland

The Dutch International defender now playing his football with VfL Wolfsburg in Germany would be a tremendous asset. The strong footballing centre back is 26 on Sunday. (27/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

40. Andy Johnson

Money talks. Simon Jordon put £1m big ones in Andy's sky and guess what he signs a new improved 5 year contract for Palace. (02/08/05)

Don't be surprised to see Everton increase their offer to around £7m-£8m this week, as Moyesy goes to get his man before the Champions League qualifier transfer Deadline this Thursday. (01/08/05)

It's all been quiet around Palace striker Andy Johnson, but apparently Moyesy has been making some clandestine phone calls to Mr. Incredible (Ian Dowie) regarding the England hit man.

Assistant manager Neil McDonald says: "I know nothing about the approach from Everton. Andrew does not look unhappy to me, and it does not look as though he is distracted . Unless anyone says otherwise, I believe he will start the season with us, and I believe we are all pulling in the same direction. Andrew is a model pro." (28/07/05)

After losing out on Craig Bellamy, Moyesy still wants to bring in a new striker. He may get Bully to have another go at Simon Jordon. (11/07/05)

No nonsense Palace Chairman Simon Jordan has laughed of Everton's proposed bid of £6m for Andy Johnson. The striker who scored 21 Premiership goals last season, has made his intentions of a move away from Palace, and Simon Jordan very clear.

Jordan says: "What does Everton chairman Bill Kenwright think he will get for £6m? Andy Johnson's trainers.Andy will be starting the season with Crystal Palace. Apart from anything else, it makes sound business sense. Why even accept £10m for him if the club can benefit to the tune of £25m by getting back in the Premiership." (26/06/05)

And has said he wants to leave Palace, but the strong talking Palace Chairman Jordon says no.

And says: "I must leave. I want to play for England in the World Cup finals next summer. That's it in a nutshell." (19/06/05)

Some Sunday papers are reporting that Moyesy will go after the Palace man. You shouldn't believe everything you read in papers. Palace Chairman Simon Jordan says: "Andrew Johnson is a fantastic player - he is our player. I'm not interested in anyone making an offer for him. It's almost a mission for me to have him here when the transfer window closes on 31 August." (12/06/05)

22 goals in 37 games last season is the reason everyone is being linked with And(to his mates). So why not Everton? Would see a big chunk of Moyesy's transfer kitty disappear if we were to sign him. (27/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed A New 5 Year Contract With Palace

39. Carlo Cudicini

The only goalie Neville Southall rates in the Premiership besides are own Big Nige, maybe ready to move on after a season being understudy at Chelsea. Even though we now have 3 young goalkeepers on the books, the media seem to think Carl (to his mates) maybe on his way to Goodison. (27/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

38. Danny Gabbidon

It's understood that Moyesy is not in the hunt for Danny even though he fits the bill of a young up and coming centre half. (08/06/05)

The Welsh defender has been saying now is the time to try the Premiership. Everton need a young defender and with Stubbsy and Davie Weir out of contract, Danny (to his mates) could be the answer.

Danny says: "I've had a great time at Cardiff City, really enjoyed it and it would be wonderful if I could achieve my goal with what is essentially my hometown club. But we were involved in a big relegation fight this season - something that shouldn't have been the case with the players we have at the club - and it's not something any footballer wishes to be involved in.

I'm 26 now and I want to be testing myself every week against the best strikers in the country, playing at the best stadiums. That will improve me as a footballer at club level and it will also aid me when I step up into the international arena with Wales. Earnie(Robert Earnshaw of WBA) is a big mate of mine and I'm delighted to see how he has taken to the Premiership with West Brom like a duck to water, in terms of scoring goals.

Clearly there comes a point when I think I want to emulate what he is doing. In many ways it would be great, but extremely strange, to play against Earnie at club level." (03/06/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For West Ham

37. Dieter Hamann

Bully has stated the rumour about Twitch is off the mark.

Keith says: "There is no truth in that story."(31/05/05)

Hamann, or Blinky to his mates, is allegedly catching the eye of Moyesy. The shite's midfielder is out of contract this Summer, and surplus to Beneath us rebuilding plans. He will be available on a free, and at 31 may still have a few good years ahead of him. Has played in a World Cup Final back in 2002, ad is a vastly experienced player. (28/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For the shite

36. Mikael Forssel

Birmingham have taken the chance that Everton wouldn't. Everton dropped out of the deal after the medical team put his knee cap on.(10/06/05)

A new twist to the never ending saga, of will Mikky sign or not. Spurs today threw their oar in, telling Chelski, give us Mikky and Scott and we won't tell the FA of your alleged under hand dealings. Mikky meanwhile had denied attending any medical with Everton, and said he was in England for a meeting with his agents. Tune in soon for the next exciting episode of Transfer Merry Go Round.

Mikky says: I was in England last weekend. But to meet my agent not Everton. No, I did not have a medical." (07/06/05)

"Miklu" (his Finnish nickname), pronounced something like "Mikloo" lines up for his country against Denmark tonight but it sounds as though he has agreed to join the Goodison club and his medical is already scheduled as soon as he lands back from Finland.
In today's Helsingin Sanomat (the biggest Scandinavian daily) Forssell talks like he was already an Everton player: "It's a great club, and has a good chance to go to the UCL. It's is great that they are interested." (Thanks
to Osmo, our Finnish Toffee).

Signing Miklu may help Moyesy with team-mate Scott Parker, as they are bezzies. (01/06/05)

The Toffeemen are closing on agreeing a deal with Chelsea for Mikky. But we may be forced to wait for his signature, because he is away on International duty with Finland. Mikky could become the palest ever looking player to wear an Everton shirt.

A Bit a Bully Wyness says:"We haven't reached agreement yet, but we are not far apart now."(30/05/05)

Mikael, or Mikky to his mates, is apparently another player Moyesy is casting his beady eye over. Forssel, has had to be farmed out to Brum over the years, as with Chelski's star studded line he has been unable to get a look in. There is no doubting that the forward will give you goals, with 17 Premiership ones coming his way whilst at Brum in 2003/04. A knee injury curtailed his career, and Brum sent him back to Chelski so they could pay his wages. Mikky we are reliably informed could be available for a fee in the region of £3.5m. Me thinks there is a bit of mileage in this one. (28/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Brum

35. Darius Vassell

Darius Vassell (Dazzer to his mates) could be a target for the Toffees. If Craig Bellamy decides to go to Villa it could leave Dazzer surplus to requirements at Villa. Yer neva no.(24/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signs For Man City

Darius Vassell

34. Thomas Kahlenberg

Kahlenberg is a 22yr old highly rated full Danish International. Moyesy felt the need to get on the plane and watch Brondby's emphatic 4-0 over Esbjerg at the weekend. The midfielder found the net in the match, and bluekipper sources tell us that Moyesy was extremely impressed with the young Danes performance. (24/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

33. Daniel Agger

Brondby manager Michael Laudrup, has slapped a €8m price-tag on Dan.

Laudrup says: "I believe Daniel will stay with us for one or two years and then move abroad. Of course, he will be expensive and will give the club a good income." (22/08/05)

Strong talk that Everton have made a serious bid for Danny boy, but no official comments as yet. (31/05/05)

Whilst in Denmark, and in the same match Moyesy took a look at Brondby's highly rated defender Daniel Agger. Agger has already caught the eye of Feyenoord and Werder Bremen, although Brondby are hoping to secure the 20-year-old's future on a new contract. (24/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

32. Paul Konchesky

England International, Paul would be a good addition to the squad, especially if Pisto and Nace refuse their new contract offers. The 24 year old is unsettled at Charlton after he was loaned out to Spurs for 15 games, but returned last season to Charlton. A readymade Look-A-Like of Pierluigi Collina awaits him. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For West Ham

31. Tommy Miller

15 goals from midfield, Tommy certainly has what it takes. Could be another Tim Cahill. Ipswich may sell him now they are still in the Championship for another year. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Signed For Sunderland

30. Lee Camp

The England under 21 goalkeeper is now out of the play-offs with Derby county. If Everton had not signed John Ruddy, Lee may have been a target. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

29. David Thompson

Played well for Blackburn last season and is the type of player Moyesy may want. Although he played for the shite, he is a boyhood Evertonian. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

28. Olivier Thomert

Has experience in the Champions league with his present club, Lens. Scored 6 goals in 27 starts last season. Villarreal are thought to fancy him as well. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

27. Ryan Taylor

Tranmere have rejected a bid thought to be around £1m. (05/07/05)

Ryan is expected to sign for the Toffeemen this week. It's up to y'self. (04/07/05)

Arsenal are understood to be keeping an eye on the situation. (08/06/05)

It looks like the highly rated Ryan Taylor will be joining the Blues shortly. Moyesy it seems has beaten Norwich and Man City to the signature of the Tranmere full back. Canaries boss Nigel Worthington is not a happy bunny, in losing out on the talented defender. No fee as yet has been mentioned for the 20yr old.

Worthington says: "Ryan Taylor's one that we targeted. He was one of those with a lot of potential that we would have liked to have brought here. But he's gone to Everton - it's a Premiership club and means that he doesn't have to move. He can still live in his home city." (31/05/05)

Ryan of Tranmere Rovers has been monitored closely by Moyes & Irvine over the last 6 months. He can play left or right back, has loads of pace and two good feet. He has scored a few goals from defence. The kirkby born 20 year old missed a pen in the play-off defeat last week. (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

Taylor Signs For Wigan

26. Ivan De La Pena

Ivan nicknamed 'Little Buddha' is now 29. He has played at Barca, Lazio and now Espanyol. He has played well since joining Espanyol and has announced that he fancies trying his hand in England before the chance passes him by. Has European experience.

Ivan says: "I have always said that I would like to play in England and it would be an attractive move for me but at the moment I am concentrating on Espanyol and working hard for the team. We will see where we are at the end of the season." (22/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

25. Steve Sidwell

Reading midfielder, Steve Sidwell (Ste to his mates) is gaining lots of media speculation about his future. The 22 year old was voted 3rd in the Championship player of the season. Moyesy may look at him as another Tim Cahill type player. There is a song we could sing about his red hair.

Ste says: "I have always said since signing my new contract last summer that I was committed to the club and I still am. People will always doubt me no matter what I say and there are people who will knock and criticise me, but I'm here and I will always do my best." (20/05/05)

Blue Kipper says:

24. Jason Koumas

With Everton's Champions League qualification assured, the usual, suspects are being rolled out as potential targets for Moyesy this Summer. Jason Koumas, West Brom's midfielder is a name always closely
