With
some of the squad still to sign contracts, there maybe some movement
out in the Summer 2007. We will be monitoring the facts, our inside
info and the rumours about players who may be leaving Everton. We will
be giving kippers out of 5. The more kippers the more likely we think
the transfer will happen. If there are rumours you have heard let bluekipper.com

Nuno Valente
Saint-Etienne are reported to be looking into the possibility
of bringing Nuno to France. With Lescott and new signing Baines
fighting him for the left back position, Nuno may think that a
move is best. Moyesy may think differently. (14/08/07)

Andy Johnson
Speculation
today that West Ham may be attempting to bid £15m for
Andy. Moyesy
and Bully have told them to sling their hook, or hammer,
or jellied eels or whatever else they may be holding. £15m,
double it, then we may chat. (04/06/07)

their squad and manager Billy Davies would jump at the chance
of snapping up Faddy, as they know each other from their Motherwell
days. (21/05/07)

Joleon Lescott
Chelski
are said to be sniffing round Joleon Lescott. Roger as he is
fondly known within the walls of Goodison, has been a revelation
in his first season at the Blues. Jose is having centre back
problems, and he is said to be after a time served Premiership
centre half, and Roger fits the bill. Was going to say it will
cost you Jose, but that obviously would not be a problem. So
just Real Madrid and Chelsea after him. (21/05/07)

Tim Cahill
After
the rumours that West Ham will be making an offer for AJ, press
reports this morning suggest it will be a double bid involving
Tiny as well. That's fair enough, we shall call it a cool £50m
for the two of them, as that is what you have earned from staying
in the Premiership. Word of advice though, whoever you sign
at Upton Park, make sure you do it properly this time. (05/06/07)
Reports
in the Italian press this morning indicate that Roma are to
pursue a bid for our very own Tim Cahill this Summer. The Italian
Giants who made the Quarter Finals of the Champions League this
season, and who are set to finish second to Inter in Serie A,
see Tiny as a useful addition to their squad, and have been
mightily impressed with the Australian since his starring role
in last years World Cup. If your serious boys, he will cost
you a lot of lira !! (23/04/07)

Iain Turner
On
loan keeper Iain Turner returns from his unbeaten run at Sheffield
Wednesday after this weekends matches, and if Sheffield Boss
Brain Laws has his way, Turns will be a fully fledged Wednesday
player next season. Moyesy has stated on numerous occasions
that Iain's
future is with the Blues, but one thing is for sure, expect
a bid this Summer to test Moyesy's resolve from the Yorkshire
Club for Turn's services next season.
Brian
Laws says: "He has a super future ahead of him
and has enjoyed the football we've given him. He'll probably
want more and that's something we'll maybe speak to Everton
about in the summer." (20/04/07)

Gary Naysmith
Nace
who has now moved on to pastures new, will be missed according
to Everton Captain and his ex room mate Phil Neville. Phil has
pointed out that Nace was the longest serving player at the
club, and leaving the Blues was a massive wrench for the likeable
Scottish full back. Phil Neville points out that his last two
room mates have both been sold on by Moyesy, and he was quick
to quash any rumours that Shandy has told to get his gear into
Phil's room.
Phil
says: "Gary was very well liked in the dressing
room and will be very much missed. He was the longest serving
player at the club and it was funny because I spoke to Simon
Davies a few days ago and he was my first room mate at Everton
and when he left I shared with Gary. I don't think many will
be queuing up to be my room mate next. Although Gary played
a lot of games last season it probably was not enough to keep
him totally happy. At the end of the day you have got to think
of your career and every Saturday when the manager names his
team sheet you want to be in the 1 to 11. I
am sure Gary had many sleepless nights because he has was Everton
for the largest part of his career and when you have an affinity
with the club it is very hard to make the decision to leave."
(10/07/07)
Everton
have bagged £1m for Shaggy when he signed for Sheffield
Utd. The 28 year old wanted to play regular football and knew
that he wouldn't get it at Everton with the likes of Lescott,
Valente and youngster Paddy Boyle on the scene.
Nace
says: "It
is a wrench to leave Everton because I have made friends amongst
the players and the staff that I will have for life but I need
to be playing regularly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Everton
and working under passionate Scotsmen like Walter Smith and
David Moyes and I am now looking forward to working for a passionate
Englishman in Bryan Robson.
I
thank everyone associated with Everton Football Club for their
friendship and support over the years and I wish them all the
best for the new season. I was always there or thereabouts at
Everton but they had several established players and if you
were out injured it was difficult to force your way back in."
(06/07/07)
As
part of the Phil Jagielka move to the Blues, Moyesy has given
permission for Nace to speak to The Jags old club Sheffield
United. The Everton left back is now pondering whether to have
a chat with Blades Boss Bryan Robson about a move to the Championship.
He was not included in the squad, which travelled to Scotland.
(04/07/07)
If you read between the lines,
we would say Nace would jump at the chance to go to Rangers.
Nace
says: "It
is flattering to be linked with Rangers. I've just over a year
to run on my Everton contract. Like most players, I'm not happy
when I am not playing. I
played a number of games this season and I've been on the bench.
So I've been in the 16, but you want to play.
I
guess I've been linked with Rangers and Celtic for about 10
years now - I came through at Hearts as a 17-year-old and I'm
28 now. I'm perfectly used to speculation and I only know what
I've seen in the papers. It is flattering because Rangers are
a big club, but we will see what happens." (31/03/07)
Moyesy
has hit out at claims that Nace is going anywhere this Summer.
Moyesy
says: "I have heard some of the stories but I
also saw that Gary said he was looking to play as big a part
as he can in our run in, so good on him. I’ve got a lot of time
for Gary Naysmith as a person and a player. He is a good player
to have in the squad. Whenever
he plays, he is totally committed and an excellent professional.
Yes, he missed the Arsenal game but before that he had done
very well." (29/03/07)
Gary
Naysmith's performances in the Blue of Scotland have pricked
up the ears of his ex club and country boss Walter Smith who
is now in charge at Rangers. Nace who has Nuno in front of him
at Everton is finding appearances hard to come by at Goodison
and rumours off a move back up to Scotland have been gathering
pace of late. Their may be some mileage in this one. (25/03/07)

Mikel Arteta
Mikky's
future is in the news again saying that he has not spoken to
Atlectico Madrid, but maybe his agent has. Agents don't you
just love them, a rare breed indeed, thank Christ.
Mikky
says: "I've not spoken to Athletic, but
maybe my agent has. We'll leave it and see what Athletic want
to do for the following season. Everton are a big club and I
feel important here. I'm having a good time." (18/04/07)
Micky
has once again reiterated his desire to play for his beloved
Atlectico Madrid one day in his career. Atlectico may be poised
to make a bid, but Moyesy is adamant that Mikky is going nowhere
for a few years yet.

Andy van der Meyde
Apparently
Shandy has left his rented accomodation on Merseyside and isn't
planning to return. Rumour has it he will end up back in Italy,
possibly with Palermo. A nice pink shirt should suit Andy. (19/05/07)
Moyesy
has refuted claims that he said Shandy had an injury leading
up to the Arse victory, and to rub salt into Shandy's wounds
he said he selected the squad for the match with a view to winning
it, which we did. Expect Shandy's agent to be looking for another
club this Summer for the misfiring Dutch whinger, sorry winger.
Moyesy
says: "In the wake of Andy van der Meyde's comments
I think it is important that I set the record straight. Andy
did not have a knee injury in the days leading up to the game
against Arsenal and at no point did I suggest he had. I selected
the squad which I believed to be right for that particular game."
(30/03/07)
Relations between Moyesy and Shandy
will surely now hit an all time low after the Dutch winger allegedly
called Moyesy a liar for the reasons the Manager gave in not
considering him for the recent win over the Arse. Moyesy has
been critical of the ex Inter star and his refueling habits,
and this could be a signal for a parting of the ways come this
Summer.
Shandy
says: "I was fit. I played a practice match two
days before. I wasn't selected, that's the manager's right,
but he doesn't have to tell lies. It was total nonsense that
I was injured. I was completely fit. The facts are simply that
the trainer didn't select me for the group. My situation here
isn't easy only playing in home matches. I think the trainer
simply has to be honest and tell me why I've got to sit in the
stand." (29/03/07)
Shandy
is undoubtedly a gifted footballer, but we never see enough
of him. He plays one week and disappears for a couple of weeks.
Has had his injury problems, but should make himself available
for the team more often. Expect a deal back to Holland or Italy
in the Summer. (07/03/07)

Alessandro Pistone
As
expected Sandro has been released together with Dickie Wright.
Pisto a £3m signing from Newcastle in 2000 played 117
appearances for Everton.
Moyesy
says: "Alessandro and Richard have both been released,
although the door is slightly ajar for Richard in that we may
need to bring in another keeper." (14/05/07)
Sandro
hasn't played for Everton this season. We haven't even got a
photo of him in the new kit. He has been 'fit' for over a month,
but has still to be featured in a first team squad. Expect Pisto
to be moving in the Summer. (07/03/07)

Alan Stubbs
As
predicted Stubbsey has been offered a new one year deal. (14/05/07)
Stubbsey
like Harry Hill will be offered another years contract in the
Summer, if he remains free from injury. With Roger and Joey
are only recognised centre halves, Stubbsey will have a huge
role to play deputising for Moyesy's first choice pairing. Moyesy
will not allow him to make the same mistake of a few seasons
ago when he let his then Captain leave for a nightmare few months
at Sunderland, before re signing him in the January transfer
window. The ex Everton Skipper has been a revelation of late
filling in at the back whilst Nuno, and Hibbo have been on the
treatment table. Well played Moyesy if it is true,
Stubbsey a True Blue, and great to see him get another season.
(13/03/07)
Stubbsey
has had a great season. He has lost his place to Yobo and Lescott,
but when he has come in he has performed well. He has hinted
it may be his last season, but with his partner Davie Weir and
Kirkby mate Yosser off to pastures new, Alan will still be needed
next season. Expect Moyesy to offer him another year.

Lee Carsley
He
may have bagged a new one year deal with the Blues, but according
to some reports Wigan it seems are sniffing round Harry Hill.
Some reports say he has already had a medical and is ready to
take up a significant increase in pay with Wigan. If what we
believe to be true, Harry has yet to sign on the dotted line
for the Blues. Everton are believed to be in the process of
revamping the contract offer to keep the Irish International
at Goodison. Lee was reported to have been seen at Wigan's Ground
this week. Could have been Duncan Goodhew, Harry Hill or even
Lee himself, who knows? (19/05/07)
As predicted Harry has been offered
a new one year deal. (14/05/07)
Word
on the street is that Moyesy will offer Harry Hill a new one
year contract this Summer. The balding midfielder, I always
say that, and it has no relevance to the piece has started every
one of Everton's games this season in the Prem. At 32 years
of age, there is a few miles left on the the folically challenged,
stop it, stop it, midfielders clock. Harry turned down Wolves
last season, and me thinks he would jump at the chance of another
year at the Blues, especially if Europe is on offer. (13/03/07)
It's
amazing that at the beginning of the season, Harry Hill nearly
moved to Wolves. He has started more games than any other player
this season. The unsung hero still travels from the midlands
and a move closer to home maybe on the cards if Everton don't
get into Europe. (07/03/07)

Richard Wright
Released
by the Blues at the end of last season, Dickie Wright has tonight
joined Premiership outfit West Ham United, as a free agent.
Dickie turned down a move to his old club Ipswich, so he could
sit on the bench as third choice at Upton Park. Call me a cynic,
but it can't be for the cash, nuff said. Manager Alan Curbishley
has asked the groundstaff at the training ground to hide all
ladders, garden implements, and sharp objects, so Dickie can
settle in without the fear of another major Frank Spencer moment.
(04/07/07)
Ipswich manager Jim Magilton is
playin silly buggers, as me gran used to say. Although his chairman
has been in talks with Dickie. Jim says nothing has been decided.
Magilton
says:
“I have not sat down with Richard or his agent to discuss terms.
Richard has expressed a desire to return to Ipswich, but nothing
concrete has been decided.” (30/05/07)
Dickie's
old club Ipswich Town have opened discussions with their former
keeper with a view to taking him back to East Anglia. Chairman
David Sheep Head realises the financial constraints involved
regarding Dickie's weekly pay packet, but the former England
keeper will no doubt lower his money expectations in return
for first team football.
Ipswich
Chairman David Sheep Head says: "We have had a
discussion with Richard Wright and he has gone on holiday to
review his options. When a player is released on a free transfer
then the remuneration package has to be right for the player,
but it is also about which club the player wants to go to. We
could not compete with a Rangers financially, for example, but
there are many other factors for a player to consider and we
hope Richard wants to come back to us." (17/05/07)
As
expected, Dickie has been released. But in a strange twist Wright
may win a reprieve if Everton can't find a new keeper over the
summer. Rangers are sniffing around Everton's Number Two, but
Dickie will be sorry to leave Goodison
Park.
Moyesy
says: "Richard
has been released, although the door is slightly ajar for Richard
in that we may need to bring in another keeper." (16/05/07)
As
reported the other day, Ipswich are rumoured to be keen to take
Dickie back to Portman Road this Summer on a free transfer,
please, please, please. Anyhow, how will we spend the extra
£20k a week we will be saving after Dickie's departure.
Ipswich
Boss Jim Magilton says: "It's only speculation
but we can't help that. With Richard coming to the end of his
contract, it was always likely that he would be linked with
a move back here given his history. He's an Ipswich lad and
everyone knows what he thinks about the club. I had the pleasure
of playing with him and when he left we all thought he would
move onto bigger and better things but it hasn't worked out
for him. He is someone I have admired though and you never know
what can happen in football. He's a very good player who would
certainly enhance the squad we have." (01/05/07)
Ipswich
are the latest to be linked with Dickie. Some reports say initial
talks have taken place and that a move to his former club is
on the cards. (29/04/07)
Ex
Everton Boss Walter Smith is looking to take Dickie Wright to
Rangers in the Summer. The Everton reserve keeper's five year
deal is up this June, and with him having no chance of ever
being Everton's No. 1, he will definitely move on. Problem is
Rangers have Alan McGregor as their first choice, so Dickie
will be swapping the Royal Blue bench of Everton for the Blue
bench of Rangers. Dickie don't forget your cushion, and blanket
as its cold up North. (13/03/07)
Dickie will not be offered a new
contract in the Summer. That's the inside info heard on the
streets. So it looks like Dickie will need to look for another
club. (07/03/07)
West
Brom new manager, Tony Mowbray is thought to be keen to take
Dickie to the Hawthorns. Dickie could go for a nominal fee,
as he is out of contract in the Summer. (16/01/07)

Biffa
says thanks to fans
Biffa
says:
"From the moment I was introduced to the Goodison crowd on
the day I signed for the club they were always very supportive.Even
last week I had Evertonians urging me to stay and I really appreciated
their backing.
"Things
didn't go well for me last season, for one reason or another,
but I hope the fans appreciated my attitude. I never stopped working
hard in training and always gave everything for the cause when
I was on the pitch...and that's exactly what Evertonians expect. They
are terrific fans and I will never forget them."
"Bill
Kenwright was never anything less than honest and up-front with
me and I thanked him for that. He's as big an Evertonian as you
will ever find and I hope the club finds the success that Bill
craves.
"I'd
also like to thank all my team-mates and my pals amongst the backroom
staff for their help and friendship during my time at Everton
and David Moyes for giving the opportunity to play for the club
in the first place. It's a wonderful club and I wish them all
the very best for this season."
"It
would be nice to play at Goodison again in twelve months time
in the Premier League. This time last year I was starting out
as the Everton top scorer from the previous season and at one
point the papers were even speculating about my England prospects.(06/08/07)
Reports
this morning claim the Biffa has accepted Bryan Robson invitation
to drop down to the Championship and star for Sheffield United
this season. An offer of £4m it is believed has been accepted
by the Blues. The Biff has had a torrid time at Everton scoring
only twice last season, and his nose was put out of joint with
the arrival of Andy Johnson last Summer. (04/08/07)
Biffa
could be a Sheffield United player by the end of the week according
to Blades Boss Bryan Robson. Robbo has confirmed talks with the
misfiring Everton striker, and he hopes for a positive response
from the ex England hit man. If the Blues get £4m for their
man, Blue Bill will have a case full of mullah to deposit into
the Blues account, and hopefully secure the signature of Leighton
Baines in the process.
Robson
says: "
I've spoken with James and his solicitor. I'm
not going to go into the exact details but yes we've talked. I
expect to know by the end of the week." (01/08/07)
Sheff
Utd's manager Bryan Robson has confirmed he has made a bid for
Biffa Beattie. The bid just over £3m will be accepted by
Everton. The problem is will Biffa fancy a step down into the
Championship.
Robson
says: "We've put a bid in to Everton and we've got
to wait and see. If
I can persuade him to drop into the Championship, hopefully for
only one season, he would be a good signing." (29/07/07)
Although
Biffa has been talking about having a fresh start at Everton,
Blackburn and Sheffield United are looking at tabling bids next
week. (28/07/07)
Rumours
have it today that Biffa could be on his way to Boro. This could
pave the way for Moyesy to make a signing for Alan Smith. Yer
never no (14/07/07)
Birmingham have apparently joined
the race to sign Biffa.
(11/06/07)
Now
we have Biffa going to Blackburn in a swap deal with Jason
Roberts of Blackburn. (10/06/07)
Today
we have a swap deal involving Dean Ashton from West Ham. (04/06/07)
Some
reports say Mark Hughes Would like to take Biffa to Blackburn.
(27/05/07)
Celtic
manager Gordon Strachan has been linked with Biffa. They worked
together at Southampton, where Beattie scored a few goals.
Gordon
Strachan says: "I know James, but if I was going
to do something with him, I would talk to his manager, Davie Moyes,
first. There's a lot of names, a comprehensive list and, for all
I know, James Beattie's name might be there somewhere."
(29/04/07)
Biffa
is happy, content, married, settled,
but can't score to save his life. Everton's number 9 has been
subject of many rumours of moving on at the end of the season
to Spurs, Newcastle and Sunderland. If Everton can get a portion
of the £6.5m they paid, they would be foolish not to cash
in. Biffa has been a poor number 9 for Everton. (23/02/07)
Spurs
are the latest club to be linked with Everton front man James
'The Biffa' Beattie. Some papers today suggest that long time
admirer of Biffa's, Martin Jol may be prepared to bid in the region
of £4.5m for the out of form striker. Moyesy will not entertain
Biffa leaving in this transfer window, but all could change come
the Summer when no doubt the comings and goings at Goodison will
increase. (28/01/07)
Along
with Lord Lucan, Elvis and Shergar, no other than Biffa Beattie
was spotted in Glasgow's Sauchiehall Street this week, and the
rumour mill is predicting that Celtic will make a loan bid for
the out of form Everton striker. The Celts Boss is Gordon Strachan
who had Biffa at Southampton, and he is still a keen admirer of
the Everton striker. (18/01/07)
