The Adelphi Hotel, was the venue for the 2005, Everton Hall of Fame. Stars of yesteryear, and one or two of our present heroes gathered to celebrate our great Football Club.

Awards were a plenty, with Leon Osman, receiving the Young Player of the Year. Tim Cahill who was away on International duty, picked up Player of the Year. Special awards on the evening were bestowed upon the Living Legend who is Alex Young.

A great evening was not spoilt by compere, Elton Welsby, who forget his glasses, and could not read his cards, but managed to find his way to the bottles of wine, vodka, gin, and whatever else he could get his hands on.
