HALL OF FAME 2008

Last year it was Alan Ball who along with his fellow ex Blues graced the top table of the Annual Hall of Fame Dinner at The Adelphi Hotel. Sadly Bally's passing meant that we can no longer hear of his undoubted love for the Blues, but last night the aptly renamed Alan Ball Awards night was attended by past and present Everton Stars.

Alan's son Jimmy Ball gave a fantastic speech on his fathers love for the Blues, Moyesy and Howard Kendall raised the tempo of the crowd when they got on the microphone. Norman Hunter, Bally's old England team mate brought the house down as the top speaker. All in all another fantastic evening was had, rounded off superbly when Joleon Lescott, Lee Carsley and Skipper Phil Neville all turned up to pick their awards up. Well played to all for another fantastic evening.
