Everton Lose Top of The Table Clash

Missed chances cost Everton the chance to pull away from Championship rivals, Charlton. Sam Britton scored her first goal of the season, but Everton went down 2-1.

Manager Mo Marley says: "The difference was that we didn’t convert our chances and they did. We had many opportunities to actually win the game, not just get a point. Next week we will definitely have to focus on our composure in front of goal.” (18/10/04)
