I think Ossie was a 10 on Saturday. Too many people on here don't know the game - Jela is snatching at chances that he would have stroked home last season but that happens when you get anxious. The important thing is that he is working hard and never hides. He'll come good again and we need him on the pitch eg Spurs goal. Can't believe some of the Neville comments he never put a foot wrong and covered back on Jarvis when Johnny was caught out. Great 3 points and wtaching the Baines, Peinaar, Ossie combos is a joy.

Do you even watch the games, or do you just throw out ratings for fun. Osman had his best game of the season. Agreed Pienaar played well, but... Also thought Neville had a cracking game. It seems you just give him his obligatory low score. If you're going to do this, do it properly FFS!!!

Johnny is just lacking match sharpness. We have seen how good he is when he has a good length run in the team last season. He was brilliant at the back then. Would rather see the hammer or Ross coming on from the bench instead of Nais.

Have to agree with all the posts, Osman was outstanding and on a different level to any player on the pitch. How come you can never see it ......seriously, who gives the ratings here? Piennar payed well and its good to see him back in form again. As for Heitinga.......lets hope the rumors about Lescott are true!!!!!!

Toss up between ossie and nuts for MOM. Those ratings for johnny and jelavic seem too high for me.

Neville 7 ???!! Neville was shocking......well, Neville was Neville! Shouldn't be getting into the team so easily. He has been so poor. It's irrelevant that he has leadership qualities; they can be used from the sidelines and in the dressing room. He is a liability and weakens our midfield.

Something defo needs to be done about the refs, they suck! They are as bad as the man in charge of them ever was... Watching M.O.T.D tonight and saw other refs doing the exact same thing! peanuts, Ossie and baines all played well. Kept the ball on the deck and got us the victory. Gibson ran them close but i'm not sure about Jonny at all and the re-shaped back line needs correcting immediately. Neville at right back and jags back where he belongs. Congrats to vic on his goal. Over all a good victory and now for the next game, Wigan. Come on the blues!!!

Ossy defo worth a 9 and the skipper an 8 but a 6 for jella i think is generous. agree with Joe after our 2nd the 3rd was there for the taking, but we mucked about for 15 mins letting them back into it, and they very nearly punished us for it. Something has got to be done about referees though the current batch, with maybe a few of exceptions, are just not consistent enough and are now making far too many mistakes as today's ref proved.

The whole midfield was outstanding today. But what's happened to jelavic and heitinga the latter got a torrid one off the ponderous Carlton cole as for jelavic. It looks time for a rest just doesn't look the same player from last season you could argue about the service but good strikers make things happen. He just looks totally a yard short Hope its only temporary. But personally I'd drop him. Might give him a shot in the arm A good win that today given we went one down but commendable the way we came back. Onwards and upwards

Osman was the best player on the park by a distance. Neville was poor and got carried by Gibson for most of the game. Peanuts played well but could have put Jelavic in twice. Great win though.

Osman, piennar & gibson outstanding- Jelavic 6? Flattered him, jury still out for me- top strikers dont miss the chances he does. We played well today (at times) but got a bit lucky today (about time) when cole got sent off at a really critical time. COYB

SERIOUSLY???? Neville didnt put a foot wrong. Gibson was imperial and Osman, was to quote the gaffer "on another planet to everyone else" I know you have your favourite players etc but seriously. At least rank by watching the same game we all do!
