Well Played Leon
Well Played Leon

On the way to the ground we heard the team news. I was pretty drunk and I'm sure that someone said that Vic was playing. David Moyes must not fancy Tolis, he has been on the bench all season but he put Vic straight in.

We got to our seats and low and behold Vic was playing. He was upfront with Jela. Jags was right back and Johnny came in. Another surprise was Phil on the right of midfield.

We started the game well and Sylvain had a great chance to open the scoring. He was free kick swung over by Bainsey planted right on his noggin, but he headed it into the ground and bounced over the bar

We went mental after 10 minutes. We were ahead with a great header from Leon. He rose above everyone to put his header into the back of the sack. The ref disallowed the effort for a foul by Vic on their goalie. What a croc of shit.

Low and behold Carlton Cole scored a couple of minutes later. He beat Tim Howard with a low drive from the edge of the box. Cole was causing Johnny some problems and he easily side stepped him before shooting.

Everton responded pretty well and Peanuts had a decent effort well saved.

Vic wasn't just supporting Jela he was playing right next to him. It was all very positive from Moyesy. Everton were well on top and had most of the play but  couldn't get the clear chance thecreative play deserved. The midfield lads were all on top of their game but Jela and Vic were going too early getting caught offside.

Half Time West Ham 1 Everton 0

Jela had a great chance to score early in the second half. The ball broke to him in a crowed box but he scuffed his shot straight at the keeper. Jela was trying his plums off but it just wasn't his day.

Gibbo went very close from a free kick. The ball going inches wide. Surely a goal was on the way.

Everton drew level deservedly through big Vic. It Bainsey and Peanuts down the left that created the chance. Peanuts threw a great cross for Victor to help on with his head and it flew into yje West Ham net. We went off our heads.  Now let's go and win it.

Carlton Cole was sent off for a high challenge on Leighton Baines. The forward never took his eyes off the ball once. It was not a sending off. Now let's go and win it.

We got our second and it was great play with Peanuts and Leon. Nuts played a great little ball into Ossie. He ghosted passed a few west ham lads in the box and crossed for Nuts to somehow bundle it over the line. He gave us a glimpse of his God Is Great t-shirt as we went off our heads.

Everton had a few scares in the dying minutes but we survived. And Jela should have helped himself to a goal but he somehow missed.

Darron Gibson got sent off for a high challenge on Noble. It was a similar challenge that got Cole sent off. It just wasn't a sending off. Everton will probably appeal as will West Ham. The referee should be sacked. I bet he likes to dress up fancy dress costumes and stays in his room until his Mum lets him out for the week-end. What a knob.

The midfield lads all put a great shift in but Peanuts just edged the Bluekipper Starman. I know the sending offs will get all the headlines, but this was a real gritty performance from everyone and a brilliant three points. Well done boys

Seamus had picked up an injury in training, or so it was said by the commentators anyway!

Why was Seamus Coleman not even on the bench yesterday?

Couldn't agree more. And he bought his myopic mate to run the line for him. We did well to come away with ten men and three points. The only black mark for me was the shut-up-shop mentality when they had ten men and we were winning. OK it worked but we should have pressed on, improve what will surely be a very important goal difference, and tonked them ruthlessly. It's a better habit than defending a narrow lead.... Eat them pies on Boxing day...

I see they've started going to the moon for the match officials now. My god who was that cretin they dragged up today. The disallowed Osman goal was a complete and utter disgrace and followed by the 2 shambolic sending offs the worse ive ever seen in fact. I thought shottons of stoke at villa a few weeks ago was bad but he deserved it for playing for stoke but them today words fail me. Can anyone tell me if it was the same ref I'd love to know This clown needs sectioning he really does. But then what do you expect when their leader is mike Riley. And on that note
