Andy Holden's charges fired blanks in Widnes last night as they were held to a nil all draw against Hull City.

With the big boys on duty on Wednesday evening at Villa, the rezzies had a young look to them.

Iain Turner, Shane Duffy and Hope Akpan all started, but it was Hull who had the best chance of the match when some dude called Nathan Hanley fired at Turner who saved well.

The season is coming to a close for Holden's boys and they still lie in the wrong half of the table.
