This time last year it was the fella's preparing for the FA Cup Final, this year it is our superb Ladies team who face Arsenal Ladies in this years showpiece Final.
Cap e Tan Phil Neville has backed our girls to lift the Cup, and Rachel Brown the Blues keeper can't wait for Final Day. By the way I like Rachel a lot.
The Blues face Arsenal at Nottingham Forest City Ground on Monday May 3rd. Good Luck girls.
Cap e Tan Phil says: "Our ladies team has been outstanding, not just this season but the last couple of seasons.
They've got to another cup final and they really have been great. Ever since I've been at Everton the ladies have been challenging for honours every season.
They're always very successful, you always see a lot of the Everton ladies in the England national team, and it's great the Blues have got just as good a ladies team as they have a men's team.
We follow their progress a lot because you see on Sky Sports how well they are doing in the Women's Premier League they are always at the top. It's something the men should take notice of and follow the example of the ladies."
Blues Keeper Rachel Brown says: "We actually played against Croydon, who then turned to Charlton, and England manager Hope Powell was actually playing and scored a goal against us. We lost the game on penalties - I saved two but our team mates blew some over the bar!
I had a taste of this very early on - I've never won this trophy. I wouldn't say I'm in the twilight of my career but it's been a long time since 1996, so I'm very determined to put things right."
