My best derby moments all involve Duncan Ferguson. Over the years Ruddock, Carragher, Ince, Hypia and the rest were absolutely petrified of him. Unbeaten in a 9 game run against the shite during the nineties. His first Everton goal against the spice boys in 1994 in a 2-0 when Rideout scored the other. Joe Royle's first game when Kanchelskis scored 2 in 1995. Two draws the following season. Everton winning against the pinkies 2-0 with Cadamateri scoring a cracker and Dunc scoring at their gaff, when Madar should have won it for us. I met Dunc the next day by chance in a bar in Bold Street and he was with Adrian Heath who was coach at the time and his passion for Everton shone through. He was still going on about Madar missing the sitter. A true Everton legend. Knocker
