Returns

We appreciate that the nature of buying goods over the Internet means that sometimes they will not fit or not be as you expected and will therefore be returned. We do not have a problem with this and we will make it a easy as possible for you to get another item or a refund. Please note if your product is faulty or incorrect bluekipper.com will refund the cost of postage. Replacements will be sent by standard post at our cost and may take up to 3 weeks to be despatched.

Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.

When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery - bluekipper.com cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered to our warehouse.
