Everton Football Club has launched a search for this season's number one Blues fan.

The official End of Season Awards evening will take place on 10 May and amongst the array of honours to be presented will be the 'Everton Fan of the Year'.

Every year the Club recognises one Blues fan who has gone the extra mile to show their support for the team and they are calling on supporters to submit their nominations for the special award.

Whether it's travelling the length and breadth of the country to support the team, making a sacrifice to ensure their attendance at Goodison every week or spreading the word about Everton wherever they go, the Club are keen to hear about their fans' dedication.

The winner will be invited to attend the prestigious End of Season Awards at St George's Hall on Thursday 10 May, where they will receive their prize.

To nominate a friend, family member, colleague or fellow Blue, all you have to do is explain in 250 words why they should be named as our official Fan of the Year.

The competition for this particular prize is as fierce as any other award that will be handed out at the event and the select panel of judges always deliberate more over this one than any of the others.
