This talk has been going on for a while now, but rumours are getting stronger and stronger about Leighton Baines leaving for Man United. We are hearing that the first bid for Bainsey, allegedly £12m, has been rejected.

But it will not be long before Man United come in with an improved offer.

I don't think many Evertonians will want Leighton to go as he is playing the best footy of his career. But if he does go Man U have got to pay the going rate.
