We are hearing it on good authority that Leighton Baines will be leaving Everton to Manchester United. It certainly not the news we want to be hearing but we are led to believe that Everton are holding out for the maximum amount of Cadburys they can get.

David Moyes recently said that Everton has had no bids from anybody but he did say that players will leave but it will never be easy for anybody to sign our players.

So in reality if Leighton does leave it will be for top dollar. A problem could be leaving it too late to get the deal done. If that happens then Moyesy may not get the chance to spend the money.

If Bainesy went to United it would mean the end for Patrice Evra. Would you be interested in a swap deal. £15m plus the Frenchman?
