Everton Football Club will reveal its brand new 2010/11 home kit this week.
On Wednesday 30 June 'Evolution' will continue as an Everton legend and star of the future will don the Blues' new home colours for the first time at an exclusive launch event at Goodison Park.
The striking new kit will be unveiled by Graeme Sharp, Everton's record post-war goal scorer, by revealing the famous Dixie Dean statue wearing the new kit, alongside one of the most exciting prospects in the Premier League, Jack Rodwell.
The Le Coq Sportif strip, which is described as 'an evolution of the traditional Everton royal blue colour, technically advanced and engineered for success' is expected to be big hit with Everton supporters and will provide a stark contrast to the lightning pink and navy away kit which was successfully launched earlier in the month.
The celebrations for the new kit reveal kick off at 6pm on Wednesday at the Dixie statue, with Radio City DJ and Everton matchday announcer Simon Ross hosting the event.
Fans are being invited to come along to see the new kit reveal and get the chance to be amongst the first to order the new Everton home strip.
For those who cannot wait until Wednesday, fans can pre-order the strip before they see it at evertondirect.com.
