In July, the New National Football Museum in Manchester opens it's doors to the first visitor. Howard Kendall has paid a visit and passed over a very special addition.
The European Cup Winner's Cup has taken pride of place in Manchester after the Museum's transfer from it's previous home in Preston.
The museum will cover all three stories of the building and showcasing exhibits from its collection of a hundred and forty thousand objects, works of art and photographs.
The European Cup Winner's Cup was the first European trophy to be won by a British team when Spurs won in 1963, with the competition running for over thirty five years until it was merged with the UEFA Cup.
Howard was on hand to hand over the cup and tells tales of Everton winning the trophy back in 1985. He also had a chance to chat with FA Cup
Semi-Final referee Howard Webb ahead of Saturday's match.
