Everton Midfield trio Marouane Fellaini, Seamus Coleman and Royston Drenthe will have fitness tests before the Bolton game, before manager David Moyes makes his team selection.  Word on the street is that Fellaini should make it with the other two fifty fifty.

David Moyes said: "We've got one or two knocks and a bit of illness so we'll see how we are."

"But you expect it - it's very difficult to have the same players all the time in the games.

"The games are coming quite thick and fast at the moment, as it is our games are decently spread out.

"I've been to other games where teams are changing five or six players around, we'll have a look and see what we've got and what is available for the game."
