Jelly On A Plate
Bookmark and Share

We all thought Jellyfish was a certainty to play against Wigan but he managed only the last half hour and early signs indicate he may not start against Chelsea on Saturday.

Moyesy wants to ease him into the fold, nice and easy.

We want him to play now. Get him on the pitch please, asap

Jelly on a plate, jelly on a plate. Wibble, wobble, wibble, wobble. Jelly on a plate

David Moyes said: "I will bring Niki in gradually. He is one for the long-term and I will bring him in gradually rather than rush him too much.

"Jelavic will score and also bring other things to the team. He will bring other players into the game.

"He is a proven international centre forward and the more internationals we can get around the team, it raises the whole level of the team.

We have been crying out for a decent striker. He's been playing well for Rangers. Hes fit and must be full of confidence just now so get him on Moyes. Why mr negative all the time ???????

We had a great chance to go in 4-4-2 against Wigan (bottom of the league!!) by playing Strac and Jelly - I just cannot (and won't ever) fathom Moysey's thinking. By starting the game with them they could have shown how they could develop a partnership (against the bottom of the league!!) - it would have also given Moyes plenty of time to have made any changes (which of course he did and we drew with the bottom of the league!!). C'mon man - go for it!

Papa Demba Cisse at Newcastle, he isn't been 'eased' in by the looks of things so why do we have to. Utter bollox!!! We needed a goal scorer, we get a goal scorer so play him.

I can understand benching new players for the first couple of games to show them they cant just walk into the side but the way Moyes is going on he is going to be taking him in and out of the side for months. He always brings up the example of Baines and Jag taking a while to settle like its a well known fact that every single player that moves clubs always takes between 6 months and a year to start showing their true form. Start him and if he isnt performing for what ever reason then drop him. I have never known any other other manager treat their big signings with kid gloves. I honestly believe hes saying this because he knows Jelavic will have to take Cahill's place in the team and he cant bare the thought of not starting Cahill.
