Barkley In England Under 21s
The Three Lions Under 21's meet Iceland on Thursday at Colchester's Weston Homes Community Stadium and Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has kept his place in the squad, whereas Jack Rodwell has been promoted to the senior England squad.
