More David Moyes
Everton coach and former player, Alan Stubbs has revealed that The Manager of The People's Club may leave in the Summer if the club doesn't get new investment.
Stubbsey said: "The club has some big decisions to make. Unless we get a new investor it is going to be very difficult for the manager. I think David has come to a crossroads in his career.
"Does he stay at Everton, a club he loves and where he has a fantastic relationship with the chairman, or does he take that next step?"

If Moyes Did Leave Which I Don't Think He Will. But If He Does Were Gonna Need A Coach/Manager Were The Players Would Be Shit Scared To Lose' I Think You Know Who Im Gonna Say So I'll Leave It At That.

I'm struggling to think of one manager that I'd prefer to be at the helm. No, can't think of one. Moyes made this football club what it is today. Everyone makes mistakes, and yeah, sometimes his cautious style irritates to the point of madness, but I still think that for a club with the financial constraints that Everton have he's the best, bar none.
And when the day comes that he does win us a birra silverware, he'll just keep on winning!

1. Anybody who hopes DM leaves is away with the fairies. All serious pundits and counterparts rate him as the best around, pound for pound. His record bears that out. Did you know that the RS starting XI at Wembley cost more than DM's total expenditure in 10 years at the helm...even before taking into account the almost £100m he has recouped in sales?
2. If he does move on I think Martinez and Lambert would both be reasonable replacements. Their teams play good, entertaining football; they have sound experience under their belts; they are accustomed to operating with modest budgets; they have spirit, fight and integrity.

Stubbs should keep his mouth shut on such matters. Nothing to do with him.

I'll do the job if Moyes goes and I'll leave one up front when defending a corner.

I hope he stays, as he has set up an identity and brought the club from the dolldrums when mediocrity was accepted on and off the park. God help the club if he went. Personally I believe he will stay but BK is key and potentially it could be BK resigns - age and no genuine deal in the pipeline for an investor, then what?Lets hope both stay and we get Peanuts , and carry on. The man has worked miracles on SFA compared to many and despite the unholy foe across the park, they dont count and being an Evertonian is about taking the few highs with the many lows and in betweens but keeping the spirt with strength and honour.. We are far richer in many ways that most clubs could only dream off-the best supporters and pound for pound the best manager. Mosey is young in managerial terms and he will come off age very soon with us hopefully. Lets get behind the team and get into positive mode for the run in and preseason..Whats Our Name?

Why do people want Martinez? He has never finished higher than 16th, and is responsible for signing such godawful players like Gary Caldwell and Connor Sammon. Don't care if he likes his teams to play football, where has that got him at Wigan? Worse win rate than Steve Bruce? Much rather have Paul Lambert, who has done a far better job with even less resources than mini-Rafa at the pie eaters.

Should I stay or should I go?
DM has made the club stable. Sunday demonstrated what can happen when he loosens the restraints on the players. Does he make mistakes? Yes, lots of them, do we sit too deep, yes, etc etc
But we are top 7 club now and that is down to him and his management of a very small squad of players.
Big Duncan was a nightmare for him as a player, yet the big man has nothing but respect and admiration for him as does his entire squad and those that have left.
To top it all the fella has class,
will he go? For all the negatives we sometimes have on the park, I really hope not.
BK you have a job on your hands this summer... Baines, Felli, Jelli and some of the youngsters will be hunted down as will our manager...
This could either be the Phoenix rising or the final nail...long summer ahead.

I fear this. And as to where, surely that's obvious: Spurs.
We would miss Moyes, screw up at Wembley or not.

The Kendall 3rd term and the Wally Smith years cast a long shadow. They frightened us so much that safety from the drop was enough for us. Do we settle for mediocrity or do we speculate to accumulate? Me, I`m starting to think maybe we should come out from this collective shell. If Spurs want Moyes, then fine, so long as we get Pienaar as part of the deal. Rogers is getting alot of credit for Swansea`s style of play. It`s a kind of plagiarism, Martinez started that ball rolling. Wigan had Bruce`s fingerprints all over them, but not now. They try to play proper football with width and good movement. Every time Martinez helps to shine a player up he then has to sell him, Valencia, N`Zogbia, Cleverly and next will be Moses. Whatsmore his players seem to love him. Give this man the right tools then I think he could suit our club on all levels. Also we could ensure all those Spain shirts that the shite have are redundant along with their current manager.

Be careful what you wish for Davie. Didn't work out for Big Sam (or Bolton either). Success is not just about winning trophies - some people just are a natural fit for the club (Dario Gradi at Crewe). But are clubs like Chelsea or Arsenal really going to take a punt on someone who lacks Champions League experience? Would Davie be willing to work under a Director of Football? Has Davie got the ability or the personality to work with prima donna strikers such as Tevez or Ballotelli (his management of Wayne, Shandy and Royston would suggest not). If we are going to appoint from within then Phil Neville is obviously the best choice although Roberto Martinez has the personality and experience to hit the ground running.

He won't get a sniff at the top 4 clubs and I can't see him going to another prem club. But I can see him at Celtic with the pull of European football every year.

If Moyes goes, we are in serious trouble. He has been a fantastic manager for us over the past ten years and has, frankly, not just made us a consistent Top 7 side competing for the Euro places, but has stopped us from being relegated. The very few whingers that want him out are absolute idiots. We will only know how stupid they are when he goes, this fantastic team breaks up and we start scrapping down the bottom again - as we were doing before he came. Be careful what you wish for. I hope he stays another ten years. A brilliant manager with real honesty and integrity. Best manager in the Premiership.

All very well this talk of Moyes moving on, but where to that's better than EFC right now? He certainly isn't going to get a sniff at the Chelsea job. Apart from pundits linking him with Spurs the likes of Rogers must also be strong contenders for Harry's job. There's no vacancy at Celtic. Rangers would be a disastrous move if ever offered. So that leaves lower positions somewhere in Europe and where's the progression in that. So I can't see Moyes doing better than us just now.
Conversely can we do better than him? Moyes to his great credit has made us a far more attractive proposition to managers other than the likes of Megson or Alladyce and interestingly should Wigan be relegated Martinez's contract terminates soon.

Don't want him to leave but if he does we'll just have to get on with it. It won't be the end of the world. So long as we don't end up with Stubbs or Gary Megson or Sam Allardyce as manager.

I'd be very surprised if he wasn't on the Spurs shortlist if Hawwy gets the England job. He might even get a 30m transfer pot to play with!

I hope he stays. If he does there won't be any more money. Unless he goes to Chelsea, Man United or Man City there won't be any money elsewhere either.
