Alan Stubbs has been charged by the FA for using foul and abusive language towards an official during the Liverpool County Senior Cup Final defeat last month.

Stubbsy  was charged with a breach of FA Rule,  the Use of abusive and/or insulting language and was issued with a two match ban and fined the sum of £500.

It means Stubbsy will be out of the dugout for the trip to Blackburn and the home fixture with Bolton Wanderers.

Everton intend to appeal against the decision.
