David Moyes has praised Blues youngster Shane Duffy for the defenders recent form in the Premier League.

The youngster made his third appearance of the season in the draw against Blackburn, and Moyes has praised Duffy's form.

David Moyes said: "Duffy has played really well in the games. He has been steady and looked mature in the games he has played. It is not easy for a centre-half to play in the Premier League and we have tried to keep his game steady and simple and he has done well." 

The Ireland U21 international has recently returned from a loan spell at Scunthorpe United.
