Best Skipper In The Premiership
Bookmark and Share

The 7th Annual Everton End of Season Awards was held at St George's Hall last night. There were plenty of pats on the backs for some of the lads. None more than skipper Phil Neville who was awarded the Chairman's Blueblood Award

Blue Bill said: "What clinched it for me was at Old Trafford when we were 3-1 down and our captain was slapping his hands together and saying 'we are not done yet' and we, of course, were not done yet.

"We have seen him do it many, many times and I know the players rate and respect him so highly.

"He is simply one of the best captains in the Premier League and one of the best captains Everton has ever had."

Took me a while to warm to him, but this fella is top class not a better captain in the premier, even if his legs are going. As a captain he's a class act and probably will be the same when he moves in to the back room staff.

well in Cap'n Pip .... you should get and 'adopted scouser' award ..... Pip has proved many many times to us that he's bluer than a Tory MP with a rope around his neck.
