David Moyes gave Evertonians another boost today when he told us that no bids have been received for any of Everton top players.
Things are looking up. Nace in the bag. Peanuts and Roddy on the way. Bainsey and Fella both staying. What more do we want.
Moyesy said: "I've heard nothing from nobody. We are always going to have interest in the players we have because we have good players but we don't sell easy here and we try to build a team.
"Of course you are going to lose players now and again but we have kept the bulk of players and we will continue to try to add to it and keep improving."

If we keep the players that finished last season, what a boost. We'll finish above the shite again, and probably in the top six. Top four? Am I getting carried away?

Encouraging stuff. A few weeks ago it was looking possible we would be without our manager and three of our best players (if you include Pienaar). It's still a long window, but hopefully the players can see the potential we have to succeed next season if we keep our squad intact and add a few new faces. COYB!
