The lads are back from Austria after a grueling fitness sessions. But it's all part of the plan for the players to be ready for the start of the season.

Leon Osman is  hoping that all work will help them prepare for the footy games coming up, starting with Morecambe on Saturday.

Ossie said: "The running is important but to play the games and have matches, competitive ones, is what we all want and what we're all striving to get to."

"It's been tough but that's the whole point of it. We come out here and give it a really good go. It's at altitude, so that makes it even harder, but it's been enjoyable and I think we're getting the benefits."
