A Couple More Please

We have been talking about plenty of transfer targets throughout the summer. We are short of numbers and David Moyes would like to bring a few more in before the deadline.

Who will they be?

Michael Owen, Matt Phillips, M'Baye Niang, Charlie Adam, Kevin Mirallis, Adam Johnson.

Who do you want? We will try to keep you updated,  as long as we can keep Snouty in beer money we should get the necessary info.

Moyesy said: "We'd already sold Joseph Yobo and Tim Cahill so it wasn't a necessity to sell Jack this year but I felt it was the right thing and it will give us a little bit of a chance of looking around to see what we can do.

"I am happy with Steven Naismith and Steven Pienaar and while you wouldn't expect me to talk about other players, it is wrong to talk about players at other clubs, we are out there actively trying to bring at least another couple of players to the Club."

Moyes transfer record is second to none. He always conducts himself correctly by not talking about players at other clubs, a lesson for all the other managers. I trust Moyes to do what he feels is right for the club in the transfer market.

It makes me glad to be an Evertonian to have Moysey in charge. Not only does he already have a good track record with transfers, but he has sold and bought well this window. To generate any significant transfer funds, Moyes had to sell either Jack, Felli or Bainsey. He made the right choice for me. And as much as I love Tiny, a couple of million (which makes a difference to Moyes) for Tiny, and his wages off the list also represents good business. In return we get Peanuts back, Naismith on a free, and looking like Mirallas, who will enhance our attack. Phillips I rate and would want at less than 3 million with add ons as a good right sided player with pace. The only thing that could upset me this summer is if Man Utd come along and nick Bainsey on the last day of the window. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN

We need a centre midfield player. Arteta has not been properly replaced. Osman dies ok but he doesn't dictate games like Mikel used to. Stephen Defour was a target a few years ago, he's exactly what we need

I hope we get Mirallas, hopefull Fellis influence will help the deal. 25years ago in the best days in my time, when I was a lad is a long time since winning, but I sense if we can turn over the Manure, -beware SWN and his devils doing the dirty on and off the park, if we can carry on from the Toon game , with loads of luck who knows what awaits us but, born, live and a blue every time over the rest.."Whats Our Name?" I've think we might see Mirallis and Phillips in before to long.........still have a feeling that Dempsey may come to us ahead of the shite mind!

Over the past decade David Moyes has rarely let us down. Trust him. He is one of the best things that has ever happened to our club. Bring on Man Utd....Monday night at Goodison and finally a great start to a season. COYB!

Sounds good. Looking at squad sheets it's abundantly clear that our first XI are good (maybe top 4) but the following 5-8 aren't. Would like to see some impact players come in to add some spice fron the bench, but also to start against weaker teams.

Hoping for a nice surprise before deadline day- we do seem to be pretty good at keeping our transfer talks secret- who knows

Kevin Mirallas, Adam Johnson (Season Long-Loan) and a Center Mid just as cover so we don't feel the need to count on Barkley Straight away or play Neville or Hetinga There someone like Ex redshite Tom Ince (But not Charlie Adam hahaha was never going go happen that one) but i have faith in moyes first good amount of money we have to spend since we sold Lescott. So am excited to see what happens (Just really want Mirallas signed though)

I think Kevin Mirallas would be a quality signing, if we get him for the right price! Out of the players listed, Michael Owen is the only one I wouldn't want at Goodsion. Maybe a couple of years ago...
