Kevin Loves The Night Life

There's always been something special about night matches under the floodlights at The Old Lady and it hasn't taken long for new signing Kevin Mirallas to find out.

Both Kev's starts have come at Goodison during evening games and he loves it!

Kev said:"I've always preferred playing night games myself, That's a personal preference of mine and I've been fortunate to have now played two games at Goodison, both at night."

"It's a fantastic atmosphere and you always get the feeling that the fans are right behind you. Let's hope they continue to be behind us all season."

"I've been ready to work really hard. The main reason that I am hopefully settling in quite well and quite quickly is the fact that I'm really prepared to go all out, both in training and on the field."

"I want to roll my sleeves up and get stuck in. That's important and they are the kind of lessons I've learnt here so far."

It looks like we might have a player on our hands here. Still settling in yet he has impressed so far and after Monday night he looks to have done enough to establish himself. Kev should start at Swansea on Saturday.

Do you think Kev has done enough to be first choice pick for Moyesy? What do you think?

Looks the business. My concern is why was he (a Belgian) only in the Greek league? How come everybody missed him?
