Fellaini Fit For The Derby
Bookmark and Share

Everton have a few players on the come back trail from injury. Gibson, Hibbert and Fellaini are all in training at Finch Farm hoping to be in the squad for the Derby game on Sunday.

Snouty, who is hiding in the bins at the Everton training ground this week, has told us that depending on the reaction to the training this week, all three could be available to David Moyes for the weekend.

Tony Hibbert played a full 90 minutes for the rezzies yesterday. 45 minutes at right back and 45 minutes at left back.

Gibbo is back training with the first team after his long lay off. So is Maroune Fellaini who has recovered from his thigh injury.

Snouty is not a betting man, but thinks Felli is odds on to play in the Derby. Hibbo is 2/1 and Gibbo the outsider to play at 50/1.

For me, Hibbo is the must have player. We need a good defensive full back. Nightingale could prove troublesome otherwise.

COYB lets hope we see that giant afro frolicking the green Goodison turf, I hope we can find someone to put in the place of peanuts that can mold with Baines as much as him

I hope you're right Barry C, but there's a big difference between training runouts and full match fitness. No managers going to risk long term fitness for the sake of one game, not even a derby. Fingers crossed you're right and I'm wrong.

I did tell Sausage on my Two-Way Radio that it was his knee. You must understand that,it stinks in these Bins & I'm holding my nose, while talking over a Radio that is getting an echo from in here, while holding a set of 'Bins' & a can of Stella. I deserve a bleeding medal for......gotta go....'Here's Johnny!'.

I feck'n hope so BarryC. Anyone know if Hibbo's gonna be there? Howard, Hibbo, Jags, Distin and Baines must be our best defence surely? Then Jonny (instead of Nev) Mirallas, Felli, Osman and maybe Big Vic with Jelly on his tod up front? Or maybe even Coleman in front of Hibbo, and Mirallas on the left with Fell and Osman in middle? It all falls apart when Pienaar's not available in mid. :( COYB!!!

Snouty's got his injuries the wrong way round. Felli's was a knee wasn't it?
