Andrew was a lifelong Evertonian, and a season ticket holder for many years. His favourite players were Duncan Ferguson and Andre Kanchelskis, his favourite game was the FA Cup Final against United in 1995. His funeral took place at St. Luke's church, with Rev. Harry Ross, on the 3rd April 2003, the day after his 19th birthday, the same place he was Christened eighteen years earlier. Our lives are now empty without him. He leaves behind three sisters and a brother, Adele, Jeannette, Lora and Christopher. Since his death we have set up a website in his memory, and also to help us catch the people responsible for his death. I know Andrew will be so proud of Everton now. The
guy on the right is Joe Vine a lifelong Evertonian, that is for over 70
years. Sadly Joe died a few weeks ago, and his lifelong matchday companion
Harry (on the left) was devastated, as we all were. On hearing that Joe
could no longer attend the match due to his illness, Sharpy turned up
totally unanounced and, according to Joe's son, they couldn't get rid
of him. YOU DON'T READ ABOUT THAT IN THE ECHO do you! A great final tribute
from a true club. Thank you Everton and you too Graeme, believe me it
was truly appreciated. R.I.P. Joe, a true blue. This tribute comes from
Harry, Mark, Marcus, Frank, David and his family, and all at the
Top House. |

Jack
Birchall, Norris Green, who was a lifelong season ticket holder who the
Isle Of Man and Neston fans used to drink with before and after the games
together with his Downs Syndrome son Donald? They weren't at the Birmingham
game and then when they weren't there on Saturday either alarm bells started
to ring and I rang Donald's Care Home to be told that Jack had died about
3 weeks ago. Jack was 86 on 19th October so he was born in 1921. Juan Kermode Chairman, IOM Supporters Club (27/11/07) |

Liam, was my son. He went up to play with Bally, Labby and Dixie on 26th of October. He was a mad Evertonian and worshipped Mikel. When he was young I would tell him “see the blood in your arms it is Royal Blue but when you cut yourself it comes out red, that’s because it's gone bad”. I miss him beyond words and will always love him. His dad Liam snr.
Liam aged 11 has gone to play on that great football pitch in the sky. An avid and passionate Everton fan (just like his dad) he will be sadly missed by all of us who were lucky enough to have known him. This beautiful boy always had a kind word and a smile for all that he met. A gifted boy who loved to play his football with passion and with a smile on his face. R.I.P. My
family suffered the huge loss when my brother Chris Maclure sadly died
in an accident on Monday 10th September 2007. He was 21 and a mad Evertonian
season ticket holder in the Upper Gwladys. He was so happy and was looking
forward to his trip to Ukraine next month. He's on the left in the pic
at our Steve's wedding 2 weeks ago. God rest his soul. Stu. (13/09/07) |

Ciaran Garry passed away on 16th June 2007 aged 28. He
was living in Korea for the last couple of years, before returning home
back to Ireland after hearing news he had cancer (something he had fought
and beaten when he was 15). Ciaran was an avid Cork City, Celtic and Everton
fan, and used to try and make it to Goodison Park at least once a year.
He enjoyed drinking around County Road after the games, and always loved
the banter and spirit of fellow Everton fans. Despite living many miles
away, Ciaran was a regular on the EFC message boards and I know was looking
forward to the new season and the prospect of European football. |

Arthur was the presenter and voice of Goodison Park for 10 years

Tom,
a lifelong True Blue, passed away at the end of March 2007. He proudly
followed the Blues home & away, until ill-health gradually took over
his life. As a youngster, he saw the great Dixie Dean, and he always used
to tell us of the time he climbed into Boundary Park, Oldham to see the
Blues clinch promotion back to the 1st Division in the early-1950's. Tom's
favourite player in later years was the incomparable Alan Ball. To be
privileged to know Tom, was to love him, and he is sadly missed by all
his family and friends. R.I.P. Dear Dad, thanks for a treasure trove of
memories. Ron
Vickers. (09/05/07) |

Everton and England Legend Alan Ball has sadly died of a heart attack during the night. Bally as he was affectionately known by everyone in the footballing fraternity was 61.The highlight of his career came on a balmy July day in 1966 when as the youngest member of that great England team he helped lift the World Cup when we defeated the Germans 4-2 after extra time at Wembley. Bally went on to sign for the Blues later that Summer and in 1970 helped the Blues win the Football League Championship. (25/04/07) |

I am still to upset to type out a fitting tribute to Jim's life. He was
a great mate to all of us and I don't think anyone disliked him. How could
they? He bent over backwards to please everyone. They say you can't be
all things to all men, well whoever said that never met Jim Kearney. We
love Jim to bits and have cried bitter tears of sadness and are heartbroken
for his lovely Wife Ann and lovely kids, Owen, Ellen, Roseanne and Phelim
and for his extended family of Irish Evertonians. He can never be replaced
and all we are lucky to have a lot of happy memories and thousands of
legendary stories to tell. As Labby once said, one Evertonian is worth
20 Liverpudlians, well multiply that by a million and you have our Jim!
