On this day in 1983 David Johnson scored his last goal for Everton on a 1-0 win against Watford at Goodison.
Johnson, who had scored on his debut in every game at every level, was brought back to Goodison for a second spell by Howard Kendall buying him from the shite.
His second spell lasted just over 18 months before he was transferred to Manchester City in March 1984.
