Happy Birthday Alex

On this day in 1937, Alex Young, 'The Golden Vision' was born in Loanhead, Scotland. 

Alex arrived at Everton from Hearts and immediately became a hit with the fans he inspired Everton to a League Championship in 1963 before helping us win the FA Cup three years later in 1966.

Alex left Everton for Glentoran in 1968 after making 271 appearances and scoring 87 goals.
