More Something Fishy
It looks like we could have been thrown a massive curve ball with the story of imminent signing of the Italian Cerci. Our Italian spy Pepe Roni has been told not to get us too excited with these rumours.
Another chap who is doing the rumour rounds is Moroccan international Mounir El Hamdaoui. Moo (to his mates) hasn't played for Ajax this season after falling out with the boss, so we may be able to get him on loan and on the cheap
He is an impressive player who David Moyes would be welcome at Goodison Park. He is a goalscorer, he has 13 goals in just 26 appearances for Ajax.

Pepe Roni? Me thinks you're making these names up! Bepe is an Italian abreviation for Jo! Pepe Roni is a prank! As for the "Cognome" (Family Name) Roni? Non Ho Mai Sentito!!! (Never hears of it!) Try using Bepe Rossi! It's like John Smith over there!

Lets hope so we can bring some class in on a snip, not long to go, in the xfer market now. So lets all hope for some luck with home draws in the FAC.

Loan him for the rest of the season with an agreed fee if things work out. I'm sure he will be happy for the first team football and Ajax can potentially get a fee for him if all goes well.

If on-loan then there is no need to think about it, just get him. If on permanent deal then let's hope that lad is coming on the cheap. Bring it on. We desperately need more bodies.
