Everton Try For Pienaar in Saha To Spurs Deal
Bookmark and Share

Earlier today it was thought that the deal to take King Louis to Spurs was dependent on Roman Pavlychenko leaving. That is now not the thought to be true.

Everton are thought to be trying to get Steven Pienaar to return to Everton as part of the deal.

Peanuts back to pick up again on his understanding with our Bainsy is of course magical news BUT he will have to make amends for his disloyal behaviour last year when he was a little shit. Louis is a sad shell of his former brilliant self. It would be nice to see him have a brief "autumn" in his career at Spurs but this should really be in the Championship or in foreign parts where he could cope with the pace.

Oh doom and gloom Johny F. Why is everyone so pessimistic? What a brilliant performance vs Fulham and the writing on the wall was there for last night beating Sitteh! Another superb performance and then Moyesy (and Blue Bill) have a brilliant transfer window. Gibson looks the part, another player with the experience of being educated at a big club and only cost 500k! Donovan - need to say nothing - ok he's only loan but thats finances. Its the way it is. Getting Pienarr back is completely sensible. The guy made a mistake, welcome him back. I suppose Jelavic has to be classed as a bit of a gamble - but its a good bet isn't it? Finally. Icing on the cake for me is getting rid of Saha. Even if it was for nowt. offload his wages. he's 33 (and spent) and lets face it - looks disinterested. Stracca has done more in a few games than Saha has done in over a season. Ideally he will become permanent in the summer. Well done Moyesy -Again. A slap in the face for all the doubters, but if you are reading this Davie, there aint many, ignore them!

"Knowing our club", sorry Johny F. Very good business last night by the board. Jelavic and Pienaar are quality signings for our club. Saha was never going to get a new contract. Glad to see Denis get a run....not the most gifted but all heart. Time to stop moaning COYB.

If it's God's will I don't see Peanuts wages being an issue!

knowing our club, we will probably lose Saha to Spurs for nothing more than to get him off the wage bill for awhile, then we will fail to agree personal terms with Jelavic and as we all know the deal with the young defender fell through. so we may end up not gaining anyone and losing another striker tonight. Hope im wrong.
