David Ginola trained at Bellfield today. Well posed for the cameras at least. He also giggled along with Gazza, as the Daft as a Brush Geordie donned a long grey wig, during training, taking the piss flicking his hair back....because I'm worth it ... style. He wants to play from the start, lets hope Walter agrees. (09/02/02)

Ginola says: “I’ve played a few times at Goodison before and the fans have always been very passionate. I remember the fans shouting at me…not in the same way as they will be now, of course - that’s for sure! But playing here was always exciting…seeing the frustrations and the happiness of the fans and I will make sure in the future that they will be happy.”
