Esp Leaves The Toffees With
Wrighty, Simo and Gezza all fit again, and young keeper, Iain Turner now
on the books, Baardsen's services are no longer required. Debut For Esp Esp had a quick call up to the 1st team, when he played against Spurs. He was due to be on the bench, but an injury in the warm up to Richard Wright, gave Esp the call. He lacked confidence. He stayed on his line for a few crosses when it looked as though he should have come to collect. He made one decent save, but lets hope wrighty is back soon. (13/01/03) Extention for Esp Espen has been given a months extention to his contract. Bobby Spokesman said:“Espen Baardsen’s short-term contract at Everton has been extended by an extra month.”(22/01/03) Espen Signs as Cover Espen (Esp to his mates) who has just been released by Watford, having formally played at Spurs, has joined us on a months loan. This is due to the injuries to Paul Gerrard(dislocated knee) & Steve Simmonsen(broken toe). Moyes says: "People who come to the club have a chance to show what they can do. If they do well we are the sort of people who will tell them and reward them with a contract." (24/12/02) |
