David Moyes was at the Blackpool and Birmingham recently and it was rumoured that he was looking at Matt Phillips.
But there may have been other lads he was looking at. Another Blackpool player who could be on Evertons hit list is Tom Ince. The former redshite player has blossomed under Ian Hollaway
Incey, to his mates, has scored seven times this season and can operate on both wings. He looks to be a really good prospect that would bolster the Everton squad.

It doesn't matter he used to play for liverpool, but I don't think he's good enough anyway. We can find a better player then him. We need 2 wide players and another striker before we look anyway else but I heard newcastle want to get rid of guthrie he is a great player. We won't have enough money though for extra postions.

Only seen glimpses of him and he looked decent, haven't seen enough to say whether he is prem quality and would improve our squad though. But if Blackpool get promoted I'd imagine they will want to keep hold of him. Also, I wouldn't let the fact we hate his arl fella or he is ex-liverpool put us off, if he is a good player then forget all that.

He reminds me of Jermaine Beckford and we all know that turned out! When he left I would of gladly paid his bus fare.
